Stunningly beautiful and totally relaxing. The horizon suite is amazing- huge with fabulous views. Great cycle track and bike rental. Golf course- beautiful but challenging. Amazing playground. Food and wine were good too. Spa was excellent but you must book in advance as its very popular.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. As teachers living in Bangkok, we often travel and have stayed in many hotels all around the world. This has to be up there with the very best we have been to. We stayed in the horizon view suite and it was simply incredible. So beautiful and elegant and the balcony is out of this world! We enjoyed two evening watching the sunset from there.
We used the town square restaurants and they were wonderful. The food was great and the service was outstanding. The staff here are all amazing and try so hard to speak English. Their English is good!
We had two treatments in the spa and they were wonderful. The spa and therapists are first class and the products used were Devine. My skin still feels wonderful from my facial!
On one evening, we happened to be sat next to the owners at dinner. They chatted to us for a little while and they were so kind and a pleasure to talk to. It was clear to see they had a great relationship with their staff too!
I would recommend this place a thousand times over. A weekend away that we will never forget. Thank you so much for the memories!
We spent early March weekend at this hotel and could feel the difference between weekday and weekend. Friday was so quiet and the entire property was all yours. Down side was that Saturday breakfast was like Continental breakfast, but you can order anything that you want from the kitchen. Sunday breakfast was a feast! Crowded too!
The horizon room was great with panoramic view of the valley. Weather was so lovely, so fresh and crisp. At dawn you felt like you woke up somewhere in the countryside of Italy.
We went to this property with a family of 4 adults over Christmas.The double-storey airy room was spacious and our teenage kids loved the bedroom under the roof on the upper floor. The sunset view from giant wall-to-ceiling windows was stunning with skylight turned into flashy pink and purple. We enjoyed early morning walk and biking around vast property and will definitely come back for more.

-The project arcade is huge, you have choices to pick what type of accommodation fit your group , from solo to family
-The Town View suite is very very specious
- The foods is so good especially Pizza at Vino and Thai Foods at Club Lago
-Not so far from Bangkok, we took 2 hours to get here by driving
-The staff at reception and F&B outlets are very friendly and helpful
-complimentary soft drinks and water for all rooms
-great layout , well design and maintain
Con:
- There is no difference between in house guests and pedestrians if you want to take photo in front of the Iconic Pisa Tower at the Entrance of Toscana Valley. We were chased by the guard though we told them we are staying here. So, just park on the main road and walk in, will do.
-None pool towel is provided by the pool
We came back after staying at the other Toscana valley property, La Casetta, last year. A great place for relaxing, but to dull for more than one night. There are hardly any guests, and the property is just like a empty movieset. For one night you can get all your pictures, and move on to another Khao Yai resort.
The restaurant is very nice, but they did not serve pizza in the weekdays. There is a great gym, but it’s not open before 1 PM in weekdays. There is a great pool, but no towels poolside. The breakfast is delicious, but no buffet. There is a great golf course, but no golfers. Rooms are good, but smelly because they are hardly used.
Basically this is a overpriced property, that is completely empty on weekdays. On holidays it’s probably overcrowded.
