Thank you very much for your review and for staying with us at Movenpick Resort Khao Yai.
I am very sorry about the sad experience you received and I am sad to notice your frustration and disapointment in regards to the arrival at the hotel and most importantly about the ATK test. The Movenpick Resort Khao Yai is located inside My Ozone land and unfortunately, we are for now forced to comply with the policies in place by the land Owners.
I totally understand your comment and your point, it is very fair and I can assure you that on a very regular basis I am following up, trying the best I can to make the rule change....For now, despite my efforts, the rule is still in place and I still beleive that soon this will change, count on us to keep pushing in the right direction in order to make things change.
I hope that in the future, you will give us a chance to visit us again, hopefully when this process will be removed, at that time, I wish to beleive that we can deliver a much better experience to you.
