As staying in thailand from last 7 years I know personally what the meaning of “Thai Hospitality”, but first time I feel in a hotel that staff actually forget about this point.
From welcome is the worse experience we had in hotel and of course if your welcome not ok then nothing is ok.
Nobody come to help us for luggage, no welcome drink or water offer, no proper details about deposit and so on.
Rooms are beautiful and pool is amazing for kids no doubt on this. For this point we very happy to choose this property.

Overall I say that management need a refresh training for team. No matter guest is local or foreigner or Asian or what but you need to treat everyone at same level.

Breakfäst fight for chairs to sit.Constantly running out of food. Swimming pool tiny and few loungërs.
If important to you then dont go. Nice rooms good location . Nearby hotels seem better value than here.nice beach just outside and a better one at tub tim a short walk across the rocks. In my opinion there are better places.

Good resort with a relaxed feeling and nice personnel.
The rooms are modern and clean and at high standard. Breakfast is a mix of Thai and western stiles
I recommend this resort for all kind of vacation.

Family with children did visit this hotel during december.
This hotel is pretty goos compared what Koh Samet do offer.
The breakfast have a couple of choices but that not much. The breakfast is infront of reception and there isnt that many table or seats so sometimes you have to wait until its your turn to get a table.
The room we had was very spacious, but there are some mosquitos in the room and in hotel area.
The pool was ok, not that big, but still ok as it isnt that many guests that use it at the same time.

We stayed in the "Cattleya suite", a three room, two bathroom apartment. Nice, clean and comfortable. There were very little noise between the rooms, but smallest sound from the outside would be heard loud and clear. Very comfortable beds.

Very nice and spatious bathrooms with both bathtub and shower in each bathroom.

The breakfast was served in the lobby area, not in a dedicated dining area. It was really nice with many different sorts of food, and a chef made fried eggs, omelettes or pancakes on order in front of you.

The blondes in our travel company were green haired from bathing in the pool. After two days at another resort and bathing in the sea they were all blondes again.

Nice, but narrow and crowded white sand beach. Restaurants and bars wall-to-wall along the entire beach. Corals some 50m out provided with lots of materials for the kids to dive for in the shallows.

We stayed for two nights, and it was enough for us. The overcrowded beach and all-touristic approach were the reason we were the reason we found two nights were enough.
