We were in the camping in han sur lesse and were hungry after a full day walking in the park. We went here because it was the second best on TripAdvisor. I honestly do not get why...we even went for their "famous" patelle...we had the curry one and the lombarde. The curry one was ok-ish has it had a bit of taste but the shrimps felt like eating raw fish no taste also. The lombarde had two small pieces of dry tomatoes and on little slice of parma ham and the wrong pasta, no taste juste the ham...very weird. For deserts we had a dame blanche with two small icecream balls and a COLD "hot chocolate". The other desert was good though it was the figue sable and canelle icecream. The service I do not take into account because it was clearly a student job she was doing her best.

Thank Panda M

We had dinner here after our visit to the grotto. Friendly personnel, relaxed ambiance, nice food.
A good place to watch people, too!

Last weekend we had a romantic escape to Luxemburg, but we decided to go and have dinner in L’hexagone in Han-sur-Lesse. The restaurant was recommended by the lady that runs the municipal camping last summer, so we went there and we liked it very much. We drove 92km back to Han-Sur-Lesse just to have a great dinner, prepared with love, you can taste it.
L’hexagone signature dishes are the so called “Patelles”, oven dishes served on iron plate straight from the oven. We both had the Patelle Lombardia : farfalles, crème de Gorgonzola, broccoli, parma ham, … that sounds simple but it was really delicious !
As a desert we were hoping to get a “Sablé au Figues Caramélisées”, one of the best deserts that I have ever ate, however they couldn’t serve it, so we had the desert of the house, chocolate mousse with amaretto sabayon, again very delicious.
Thanks for the great meal !!!
