We stayed here one night in the end of September. We arrived without a reservation but were welcomed warmly and shown to a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. This consisted of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bath and sizable bedroom. Everything was clean, comfortable and it felt like home. It is just a block from the boardwalk, near the center and easy parking. The hosts were enjoyable, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was above average an included a sip of champagne. We would enjoy another visit.

Very nice house, friendly and correct owners, nice breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated but really, the matrasses need to be reniewd! Very old ones with backpain afterwords. Would be really a good investment for their clients, is also very important, no? But overall, a positive experience!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with new matrasses

First of all: the negative reviews of January 2014 and May 2013 should be ignored! If they want the type of "excellence" they should stay home :-/ This B&B should be quoted "3 épis": service discrete but friendly and helpful (I got unasked help from host at arrival to bring suitcase to room as my back was really in a bad state). Room small but cosy (big enough really) - breakfast very satisfying, coffee/tea possible on well designed terrace. One word: perfect - very good quality-price rapport

Very romanticand lovely rooms, great decor and very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and quiet area. Short distance to the beach. Good starting point for trips to Ostende and Knokke or Bruges.parking for free direct in Front of the villa. Try to get the Tower room for a magnificent view.

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Villa La Tourelle, and would have been happy to stay much longer. What a beautiful building! The whole neighbourhood reflects the time it was built, lovely architecture, with La Tourelle being one of the most spectacular. Someone mentioned the word "charming", which really applies here. Our room was gorgeous, big windows, comfy 4-poster bed, not large but certainly not tiny. Perfect, actually. The buffet breakfast offered some of the finest breads I have ever tasted, and a huge variety of spreads, meats, cheeses, fruits ... you get the picture. Our hostess Maria could not have been nicer or more friendly.
If you are in this area of Belgium, or would like a nice weekend on the coast, La Tourelle should be first on your list. Spectacular in every way!
