Stayed here with my 4 year old son and friends. Well maintained clean big bedrooms. Its absolutely quiet, which is what i really like (and had a room towards street). Food in the restaurant we had every night and need to say never dissapointed. Well done. Only thing is town Frauenau we could not find any other place to eat. Wifi was weak in our room, but it was not bothering us.

We reserved one of their best rooms (price wise). The room was immaculate. They provided water and fresh apples, a backpack and walking stick to borrow for hiking. The view off the balcony was off the Alps, just gorgeous. All staff warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.
We are at staying at this lovely family owned hotel since nwarly 20year. First class service - loveley food - perfect spa - romantic dinning. Quiet and relaxing. Walking-biking on day.

We had really a marvelous time in Frauenau in november 2011.
I have been in this hotel with my 3 children (first bedroom) and my mother (second bedroom). Very romantic and typic hotel. Very nice dining room with nice breakfasts. Perfect warm swimming pool (marvelous for children and adults). Perfect service in the dining room,...
But:
The room of my mother (a very little one person room) was directly on the steps without any hall between the roomdoor and the bed. So she heared anyone who went upstairs to the other hotelrooms.
Our 4 persons room was under the roof, with two separated rooms and one bath. Little roof window in my part and very little balcony in the second part. One of the two beds was an absolutely unconfortable sofa transformed in a double bed. Hopefully my children accepted to sleep in the transformed sofa. Impossible for any normal adult (see fotos).
The region is beautifull and very quiet.
Fantastic walkings at Nationalpark. Superb visit at "Glasshütte Eisch"
