We have visited Sinalunga before and eaten here. The best restaurant in town and always quite busy with local trade even out of season. Nice atmosphere and lovely, helpful staff. Little English but part of the pleasure is deciding with the staff what to eat in Italian! The starters of bruscheta are pretty filling! For mains we had saltimbocca - great, and I had the bacalao (cod) because I wished for something light. It is perhaps the dish I wouldn't order again as although a plentiful portion it was from frozen and a little tough, swamped in a tomato sauce. Everything else is good solid Tuscan cooking, nothing outstanding but honest food. Would certainly return. E59 for 2 with wine, 2 mains, one starter, one dessert and one coffee.
