We drove up to the hotel, which in itself is an experience, to get lunch although we had not made a reservation. We ate in the garden where there are stunning all round views and had a superb lunch, matched with some excellent service and a lovely smile. The ever improving wines from the Ronda area were equally good.We will certainley go back and stay for a couple of nights before too long. If you are in this beautiful area of Malaga Province don't miss this truly lovely spot.

They are all very good or excellent for a reason!!. The location is outstanding , Guillermo one of the owners was very kind and helpful, and a lovely man (very knowledgeable about the area and the walks, he is also fluent in English). The rooms are clean and very well looked after. My friends and I used the Sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool all of which were excellent. We had wonderful breakfasts whilst sat outside on the terrace, what more can I say? Just one little caveat, if you like resorts with bright lights with screaming children running everywhere, this is not for you. It is a tranquil oasis to de stress and to enjoy the ambience and scenery. My special thanks to Guillermo and his team.

We ate dinner here and lunch the next day. It was out of season but busy and staff seemed a bit stretched, but the menu was imaginative and the food when it came was well-cooked and beautifully presented. Portions were large many people would be satisfied with a starter plus bread and olives. House wine was excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy with a wood-burning hearth keeping us warm despite chilly outdoor temperatures. Although thick cloud dogged our visit, the view from the restaurant is amazing and well worth travelling out to.

The road to find and navigate to is a challenge , but none the less rewarding once you arrive.

Perched almost at the top of the mountain at the roads end, you will be pleasantly surprised at the discovery . The hotel /restaurant is Better than we expected Our lunch, duck was good and well served The deserts were also commendable. A good wine cellar is also on hand
As you might expect this comes at a price, expect to pay much more than a normal similar class restaurant . Would probably not go back, nonetheless an interesting experience

Food is excellent in this Parador. A bit much but honest food from the region. Good selection of wines. Diner starts a bit late for northern Europeans.
