Visited this campsite in May 2018. Stayed two nights with tent and car; it was beautiful. Really nice Campsite, good to reach, in the middle of a "Provence-forest". Calm and clean place, possibility to order bread for breakfast, good service and really kind and helpful staff.
Marseille and Cassis (with beautiful landscape in the south of marseille) easy to reach (per car, bus or train). Good value for money.

The only downside: you wake up from the noise of the high-way (rush-hour) if you are not in a caravan.

Calm and wise. Near many beautiful spots. Boss are very helpful and we feel more than welcome.
We wanted nature, simplicity alltogether with a clean place. We got it all ;-)

A great campsite, very-well managed, super-friendly team always willing to help and advise. Everything we were looking for, and a few welcome extras such as the ability to order bread and pastries for breakfast and have coffee on the little terrace where there is also wi-fi. Lovely environment with interesting flora and fauna - 3 disobedient goats, several cute cats and the summertime serenade of a million cicadas.

Room tip: We took our own tent, but the canvas lodges look lovely.

For a large busy site it was quiet at night. Shower facilities adequate and clean though water temperature on the cool side. Train station close by with regular trains to Marseille and other destinations. Fares surprising cheap. The only down side was the noise of the crickets in the trees which thankfully stop after dark

Nice camping in the pine woods. This is the Provence. Silence is golden. A lot of birds and crickets. Not far from the Musée de la Légion etrangère (French Foreign Legion).
You can visit Marseille by bus or train from Aubagne. By bus you have to drive to ZI Les Paluds. Near the supermarket Auchan at Martelle there is a parking for the busses to Marseille. Ask info at the Tourist Office at Aubagne.
Hot showers at the camping and very clean.
