The hotel was decent, it must have been renovated within the last decade. The room (junior suite) was spacious, nicely furnished and clean (with the exception of the subtle carpet odor that is hardly to avoid when the floor is carpeted).
The service was excellent, staff members were very polite and friendly and we were offered a bottle of wine and a large bowl of fruit for free. The hotel’s restaurant was amazing with an unbelievable view to the city of Volos and the sea and served delicious food! The staff was also great.
The only thing that didn’t please us were the spa services. We were so eager to make use of them but they were offered only until 8pm, they were booked out and that because only 2 people operated the facilities who weren’t even able to offer massage services to 2 people at a time. We had to use the spa facilities of another nearby hotel.
All in all, we totally recommend this hotel to visitors.More
