My 14 year old daughter and I visited this great hotel for a week. We visited the area
for a weeks skiing. ~The hotel is an excellent base for skiing in the area. the hotel runs a ski bus through the day to the resort of Monte pratello. The hotel has a ski store and drying lockers to dry your kit overnight. We loved the extensive breakfast Buffet which was a great start to the day.
All the staff were very helpful. Prior to our stay the hotel booked ski school for my daughter. The reception also helped me by booking restaurants for our evening meals.
We did eat in the hotel restaurant for 3 evening meals. On each occasion we took advantage of the evening buffet which was excellent value at 15 euros which included salads, pizza, and desserts.
I used the well equipped gym for one session. The hotel is very popular with families and there are a lot of young children it was lovely to see the kids have fun . A special mention to Paola and Elvira on reception who were so helpful and friendly. Thanks for our holiday.

Decent rooms (go for the 'superior' ones), great breakfast, and very helpful staff. The spa is very good but NOT included and quite pricey (28 Euros pp for a 90 min visit). The hotel location is quiet, but it is a good 20 min walk from the city centre. Unfortunately the communal areas of the hotel can get extremely noisy, as the hotel seems to be popular with families - so we found our stay quite unrelaxing. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we didn't eat in.

Very nice hotel ,great staffe and very friendly try to do best to make your stay very good.the rooms are very nice and clean and comftable'we didint have time to relax in thr spa.very good choice very recomanded.
