We had been told about the evening buffet at the Panorama, and that it was open to non residents. The buffet starts at 20.00 and after purchasing a ticket from reception at a cost of 15 euros you are shown to a table where you order red or white wine or still or gassed water, as many bottles as you can drink at no additional cost....other drinks are available at bar prices.
The buffet changes every evening but the night we went the range was exceptional and varied from plates of large cold mussels to hot lamb tagine from freshly cooked tuna stakes and sausages to hard-boiled eggs and crispy salad....the choice was too great to mention all.
Finally the sweets a really impressive layout of tasty pastries, flans, ice creams and far more. No wonder the place was packed.

Room Tip: Non resident at hotel only used the hotel restaurant and bar.

I have been here twice the receptionist with short brown hair about 50 is exceptionally rude I have never received such bad customer service I recommended the buffet to a party of 15 family and she was rude and arrogant to them also you work here you do not own the business get off your high horse and be nice to guests it was unbelievable if you think this represents four star standards I have a place in the area and you would work hard to get me back and to think I put business your way and you were rude to my parents ...tbanks

I last reviewed this hotel in 2008. Eight years later after annual visits I am still very happy with the Panorama.

I have just returned after twelve nights in a sea view room with very welcome a/c. The staff mainly remain the same and the hotel is still family run and owned.

The food still continues to improve with a wide selection of well cooked food. It is typical Mediterranean cuisine.

There is now an indoor soft play area for the younger children. The outdoor large pool now has very comfortable chairs on the terrace.

I have always found the hotel very clean in all areas front bedrooms to the out door changing and toilet areas.

As usual the staff make the hotel a friendly and professional experience.

Room Tip: The higher the better.

Good quality vs price ratio. This is a family run business and they try to do as much as possible to have you back. The location is probably the best in this beach, and most of the rooms have a sea view. The breakfast buffet is not the best but ok for a beach holiday hotel. The swimming pool is quite good and there is a kids area.

First off we didnt stay in this hotel but, over 10 days in a nearby campsite, we did extensively use their street outlet that sells excursions...for car rental to snorkelling...to water park entrance tickets...to well any questions we had on the locality and recommendations for various eateries or places to go on a rainy day. Tara and her colleagues were very warm and generous in their knowledge yet professional. Good luck with ongoing business.
