Firstly, the hotel has "rack parking" with attendants directing you to drive your car into a garage. Having never encountered this before and due to a language barrier, we had no idea what was happening, but eventually figured it out. The car gets taken up into the building for storage and we get a keycard for retrieval later. Later, we realised that we could also choose to park in the open air lot just to the right- a good idea if driving out again for food etc. The room was well laid out and felt bigger than it was. There was a remote controlled hot/cold air conditioner, a portable makeup mirror, and a clothes line that could be pulled out just above the bathtub, which were all helpful. Downstairs in the lobby, you can pick up more free amenities if you want them, like pyjamas and razors. There, you can also use their microwave for your own bought food (eg. From 711..yummy), have water, and use their tables. Rubbish bins are also there. The whole place just felt like it was set up for maximum convenience to a guest. We got discounted rates for the hotel online and with breakfast included, can't really complain about what's on offer. It wasn't a big spread, but it was tasty and even a fussy eater like myself was satisfied on rice with miso soup, and jam on white bread. The second day, they also had some small sausages. Not sure what their pamphlet meant to say, but it kind of sounds like there may be free limited curry dinners on Tues-Thurs? Incredibly generous if so. So everything great overall...just a bit of noise from people talking loudly in the corridor can be heard, but it never lasted more than a few seconds.

Nice hotel, small rooms but pleasant, clean, and literally in front of station. Can't do closer than that really!
Continental breakfast included from 6.30-9am if I recall but we had to leave before 6, we managed to get a few slices of bread though on the go.

Very professional staff but breakfast was poor and if you can bear Chinese guests rudeness and bad manners, this is the place. The management should be stricter with these guests because the rest of the guests do not have to bear such unacceptable behaviour... farts, spits, people walking in pyjiamas in common areas, shouting, etc

Stayed here for one night. Room was practical, we booked the Deluxe Twin room which provided ample space for two. The beds were comfortable, WiFi was fine and breakfast was simple Japanese fare with some basic toast options available.

They reception staff, especially Uno-san, were incredibly helpful in obtaining a car rental for us as the snow storms had cancelled all trains. Their patience with us, due to the language barriers, and their help in coordination helped us continue our trip with ease.

Hotel is directly across the station, very practical room and great service from the staff.

Booked this hotel as it is situated across the abashiri station.

On the first night our room was a smoking room (some errors online so we didn’t manage to book a non smoking room in the first place). We request for the room to be changed that night but apparently it was fully booked. However the very next day to our surprise our room was changed to a non-smoking room after our day trip. What was amazing was how the staff shifted all our luggages and items to the new room! Very efficient!

Room size was adequate for 2 luggages, 1 cabin and a baby pram. Although the room is a bit outdated but overall it was cosy and filled with amenities (purifier/ kettle/ fridge/ fresh towels). The breakfast was delicious and homely. Different Japanese cuisine for you to choose from. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Great stay!
