Amazing team that makes this hotel great.
Perfect location for a one night stay as it’s just less than 10min walking distance from the airport.
From check in to dinner to breakfast everyone was welcoming, smiley, friendly and professional at the same time.
A great thank you to Melania that checked me in and Ascanio, Emiliano and Mimma at the restaurant.
Breakfast has a variety of continental and hot food all served by the staff.

Had an early morning flight so thought it was smart to stay here. It is connected directly to the terminal. However shuttle directly to the terminal is not available. You end up dragging luggage from hotel to the bridge to airport. Then long walk to terminal. Terminal doors closed at time of arrival so several elevators up and down.

It would be better just to take a shuttle or cab directly to the terminal from some other hotel.

Diamond level executive lounge access closed due to COVID. Was put on the executive floor. Rooms are awful, dated, and uncomfortable. Bedding and towels sub par for a Hilton. Could not sleep well

Air conditioning does not keep up

Bathroom looks beat up and uncomfortable layout

Ate dinner in hotel restaurant. Food is terrible.

Come on Hilton. Stick to your own standards

Cristian is an awesome manager, who just went the extra mile to help us out during our stay to ensure our experience was five star! He is warm, courteous and friendly. His customer service skills are impeccable and come naturally to him. Rest of the staff are great too… right from the point we stepped in, we had a great experience.

The hotel is nice and very conveniently located near Fiumicino to catch early morning flights. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and efficient. We received excellent support from the front desk with assistance in travel arrangements, the sea bass was perfectly prepared at supper, the breakfast was wonderful, but especially noteworthy was Cristian’s expertise in preparation of dry gin martinis that “slid down the gullet like the devil in velvet trousers!”

Room tip: The facilities could use some attention: bathroom door would not latch, room safe (a wonderful Hilton benefit) needed maintenance.

Amazing staff, during the service breakfast and in execute lunch time, the room it was basic, in the website They didn't report that the transportation service to the city centre due to a pandemic was not available.
