The hotel and the restaurant are very nice located directly at the beach but it is simply to expensive for what they offer. We had lunch, neither we got full nor we could afford the bill. At least they offered some sweats after complaining. Maybe it is more a couples location, certainly not for families.

Small boutique style hotel. Strangely dark interior but quirkily lit and atmospheric. Beautiful location, it's best feature. Spa onsite is small but ok. Enjoyable stay with friendly staff. No parking onsite but shuttle fast and effective to parking lot away from the hotel.

Beautiful beach & location. Overly crowded . Too many vendors soliciting on beach. Restaurant & hotel staff are not very friendly or helpful; like they are annoyed with tourists which is their main income. Will not be back.

Overall, we were quite disappointed with the hotel. We chose a 4 star hotel for it's location, hip style on the photos and amenities. Instead we got a dreary room with paper thin walls, the Wifi was terrible, everything was extra including beach chairs, instead of a king bed we had 2 beds pushed together with an unromantic gap in the middle, the hot water in the morning was luke warm and the attempt of being a "boutique hotel" was a major fail.
On the good side, they were friendly and the included breakfast was delicious. When I needed better internet for an important work call they accommodated me very nicely.
In summary, won't be back at this hotel but we'll go back to an AirBnB.

We arrived around midday after a drive from Palermo. Checked in and were told that we'd need to wait till around 2pm for the room to be ready. It was a hot day so we waited in the covered area but we were told that this was a restaurant (no one eating at that time) and that we should move to another area outside without any shade. We waited there till 2 pm, without anyone keeping us informed or even a welcome drink.
I needed to go to the reception twice to find out the situation. It was evident that the receptionist did not appear to enjoy her job and some customer care would not have gone amiss. The hotel appeared dark and so was the bedroom "de Luxe and vista mare". The modern ethnic decor was to blame! The bed-cover was creased and so were the towels. (see photos) The beach catered for some 30 couples, i.e.30 umbrellas and 60 sunbeds. Unfortunately there were only 3 umbrellas on the front row, the other 9 rows were without a direct sea view. There was a constant flow of hawkers which on a "private" **** hotel beach should not be allowed. All in all for €191 p.p.per day +€20 daily for the use of the beach facility +€7 daily for parking your car these 5 nights in the hotel and the 4 full days on the beach cost € 2047 .
A nice location direct on the beach, but at a hefty price.!! The half pension was obligatory during this period. Breakfast OK, dinner based on local cuisine and well presented.

Room Tip: sea view room essential !
