The day I visited the head chef and a couple of waiting staff had called in sick. This meant the remaining staff were having to work extremely hard to make everything work on this busy day. When things are challenging you see the true nature of a place and its staff, and what I saw was a very genuine and nice. The food was great - though it was a reduced menu because of the absence of the head chef. And they did offer us a discount because of the way the meal was. I'm excited to visit here again when they have full staffing capability.
