Went here on the strength of the reviews and did not disappoint. Great food, lots of choice. Prices reasonable, spent around 40 euros inc tip. Get in early as very busy and gets booked up! Highly recommend!

We came here having tried several other restaurants in Kamari, all ranging in price. This one is probably at the top of the tree in terms of value for money.

Menu is mainly focused on traditional Greek style dishes with a few twists, but there's also a selection of more general dishes to choose from.

As an appetizer, we chose the Tomato Balls, which were more like a fritters than balls. They were a taste sensation, with a crispy coating and sweet juicy tomatoes and vegetables on the inside - I hadn't tasted anything like this before.

Our other appetizer, "Feta Explosion" was a smooth and creamy baked slab of feta, with some peppers, tomato and herb garnish and a drizzle of chilli oil I think? Very satisfying.

We took two pasta dishes for the main courses, which were both exceptionally tasty and very generous portions.

Service was also really friendly, run by the owners.

Really happy with our meal and overall experience.

Heartily recommended. Warm and friendly service from Jenny, who knows her menu inside out and takes genuine pride in what she serves - and rightly so, because back in the kitchen is "mama" and a lovely team of 3 other "mamas" turning out great lamb, seafood and traditional Greek dishes. We ate there 3 times, and wasted the other 2 nights on the trendier seafront eating overpriced mediocrity.

Went twice because we had to repeat the delicious fish mix for two. Superb appetizers, and a delicious platter of seafood and fish. Service was very attentive and friendly. Great food and value for money.

Tempted by opinions on TripAdvisor we went to dinner to the "Koutouki The Rakomelo".
We ordered fresh fish and musaka. The taste was just avarage - good but we had better meals in Kamari. However, we really liked appetizers we ordered - very tasty.

Service was quick. I would even say: too quick. Lady (I guess the owner) was running throw the restaurant all the time. After you get your meal - it takes long time to catch her or other staff attention, becuase they are so focuse on current orders. They was really busy and we get it, do not blamed them. But this whole running created a rush and chaos atmosphere - we didin't like it. Sometimes it's worth to slow down and just enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. Maybe one more waiter would solve the problem. Also design of the restaurant is overwhelming (a lot of color and mix of style).

Anyway we give The Rakamelo solid 4.
