This was my first time staying at the resort. I usually stay at another resort nearby but thought I'd try this one out. The resort and room was very clean and very spacious, which was very good. Lagoon and Pool also great for kids play.
Unfortunately, there is only really one thing that I absolutely hate and being a non smoker that is smelling others peoples cigarette smoke. The resort is made up of many residents as well as hotel guests, and a bad choice of room meant we were directly above a constant smoker, we even knew they were smoking with all of our sliding doors closed. I complained to management who advised me that they may not be able to do anything about it as it could be a resident. Yes it was a resident and the smoking continued. Not nice when your child's bedroom is directly above their ground floor balcony. And reading around the resort that there is to be no smoking in the rooms or balconies. Clearly the residents have run of the house. Sorry but I won't be returning.

My kids & I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on Level 3. Great resort especially if you are staying for a while. The apartment is spacious, with a large lounge, kitchen & dining area. Large bedrooms that open up onto a balcony that overlooks the pool - a great place to enjoy breakfast. Has a washing machine, dryer & dishwasher - great for a longer stay. The only down side to the apartment was the bathrooms. Whilst they are new & modern the one off the master room is tiny & absolutely no bench space to put cosmetics etc. & a tiny bench in the second bathroom. Not the best designed bathrooms especially considering there is heaps of space that's gone unused elsewhere.

Hotel is good itself but service was poor. Staff wasn't trained well since they couldn't make people feel welcomed,
The poor was not heated so if you wanted to have a nice relaxed holiday stay during winter, you better choose somewhere else. My children got cold after jumped in for few minutes
