Been a couple of times now and just love this place and the people. Hoping to go back this year too. Food is great. Clean basic rooms. Pool is lovely. Feel so comfortable here. Close to everything. Would highly recommend.

Whilst holidaying in June saw an offer for this hotel and popped in was advised by owner of best dates as resort starts closing down 3rd week of Oct was shown several rooms and all was much larger than your usual hotel so choose and booked 1st week of Oct on arrival was given room i had chosen loved the room ,bathroom needs updating but ok,aircon good but £50 a week think safe was about £25 a week and mattress for sunned €1a day each once you know these charges it won’t come as a shock
Anyway rooms large and beds comfortable, breakfast is great freshly cooked by the wonderful Mama Dia ,the bar is great and location is central to all bars and restaurants the family run hotel is a pleasure to stay at and on my final day booked another 2 weeks .

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we thank you for your nice review and tips about bathroom.
Just so there will be no misunderstanding the cost for the air con is 40 euro per and the safe 12 euro per week.
Once again thank you for staying with us.

You don't go to this hotel because its a Thomson Sansatori Hotel, and you don't go to this hotel hotel because of the organised entertainment, but you do go to this hotel because the owners and staff are just normal and welcoming people and is why they don't need Thomson's.
The pool is very good whilst rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Every time we visit the hotel we bump into guests who have been there before as well.
Centrally located to bars, restaurants and the beach and only 1 mile to the airport this hotel has great food and loads of very big tele's.

Room Tip: Ask for 2nd or 3rd floor for a room with a view. 1st floor is good for access to the pool.

Visited in early October (towards the end of the season) so we knew it would be quieter, but most of the town was still open. The Cronulla is a family run hotel with 3 floors of basic but clean apartments with nice balconies, small shower, and Aircon (extra cost) if required. Although it was 26+ C during the day, at night it cooled down so aircon wasn't needed. It has a lovely pool and sunbed area and its own sports bar which caters for breakfasts and a good selection of snacks and meals all day. The first thing that strikes you is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. The whole family works in the hotel and bar and they are just the nicest hosts you will ever meet. We were recommended by a friend who stays here a lot and we were not disappointed. We booked direct (recommended) and got a good price. Kalamaki is only a short drive from the airport so a Taxi is only 13€. Will def be returning to the Cronulla on our next trip to Zante. The Cronulla is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and is right on the main strip.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the pool/strip have better view and the sun all day. Local bars have to stop making a noise at midnight so not an issue.
