These apartments are centrally located and good value for money. They are equipped OK, although the cups are small and the cutlery is a bit sparse. The cleaner was in every couple of days. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There's rather a lot of steps for elderly and disabled people although they are inserting some lifts up from the street level into the apartment complex and down into reception, which should help.

these are apartments are very well looked after and kept clean ,the reception staff are all very friendly and will go out of their way to help you ,we had a one bed apartment over looking the big pool ,the only fault was you back onto refuse site ,which they empty daily at stupid oclock ,as stated you get you bread rolls on your door handle every morning,we really enjoyed our 4 weeks stay even though the weather was very changeable.

Got these apartments on a very good deal an wasn't expecting much but have to say they well exceeded all expectations. Not complaints at all about room - spacious, clean, everything you want. 3 swimming pools with always plenty of loungers available an the place is in an excellent location close to everything

Only complaint really is that the complex seemed to be populated with almost 100% OAP,s. Nothing wrong with that but if youre an old pervert like me its nice to watch pretty young things in skimpy bikinis around the pool. Alas, most of the sights instead are simply too shocking to describe! Apart from that, its a thumbs up from me

Cannot fault these apartments. OK they need a little updating in places but were well equipped and kept clean. Good friendly staff and of course the daily bread roll delivery.
The pools were good and sun loungers everywhere. Would recommend this as a base to see Costa Teguise. The buses outside take you to Arricefe and P D Carmen very cheaply so its a base for Central Lanzarote. The only mark I would give is the steps up to the complex, The owners should consider installing a ramp to assist in getting the cases to reception at least.

Room Tip: If you can cope with extra stairs the higher floor view is well worth it.

My Fiance and I stayed here from 10th to 17th April 2018. We always choose self catering budget apartments because we don't spend much time at our hotel/apartment, we prefer to be out and about exploring the area.

Our apartment was clean, the beds were very comfy and the linen clean and crisp. We had fresh towels every couple of days though they were quite old and faded. We had all the facilities we needed for a home from home stay, including a coffee filter machine which I really appreciated.

We had a separate bedroom and living area and a balcony overlooking the pool. The sofa was very large and could accommodate a third person - ideal for a couple with one child.

The pools were cleaned daily and there were lots of sunbeds and parasols available though it was very windy and a bit chilly for us to really appreciate them.

We had a complimentary bottle of wine when we arrived and fresh bread rolls every morning - a really nice touch.

The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable and there is a sizeable collection of fiction books in the reception area that you can borrow should you forget to bring your own.

The location is great - very close to all the local restaurants, bars and shops and there is a Spar shop right next door. We felt very safe and relaxed in the area.

There are a couple of things that would be guests should be aware of however - not too much of a problem for us because the weather was cool but could be a problem when it's hot. The windows are hinged and there is no way to secure them open so when the wind blows the windows blow wide open and the through draft slams the internal doors shut. I was also concerned about the glass in the windows breaking. There is no ventilation in the bathroom other than the window which was difficult to reach and also could not be left partly open. As there is no air conditioning I think the rooms could be very hot and difficult to ventilate in the summer.

The apartments are in need of some tlc but I have no complaints about our stay - I would recommend staying here.
