We spent one week at this fab hotel, booked with On The Beach and the whole experience was faultless. This was our first All Inclusive holiday and we were warned that some hotels can favour paying guests. This was not the case. The food was brilliant (even for fussy eaters), the bar was great (especially the cocktails), the rooms are clean and comfortable and the whole hotel and grounds are spotless. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had none of the problems that other reviewers have experienced. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!!

If only the hotel could have organised the weather too ......... !

Room Tip: Lovely quiet room on 6th floor with fab sea view.

I have been to many all inclusive hotel before. Generally the hotels are nice but the food and service are not. H10 Tindaya is my favourite by far. Everything went on smoothly, the hotel has amazing views, the service is impeccable and the food is excellent so varied and fresh. We had stake night, Mexican night, sushi night, seafood night with lashes id smocked salmon and we even had Cava at breakfast. The animation team are great but not pushy. There are 3 amazing pools a spa(€12 pp)and a free gym. Staff are friendly and the rooms spacious and clean with international tv.

We have just returned from a one week break with Jet 2 holidays this hotel is listed as 4 star and we booked a junior suite with sea view.
On checking in we were told that we would have to pay for
A safety deposit box 3 euros a day
A kettle 3 euros a day with an initial supply of coffee ,tea sachets the hotel website said a nexpresso machine was provided but on checking this is not for Travel company guests
A deposit for the week for sunbed towels
None of this is usual for a 4 star hotel
On checking the bathroom there was no moisturising lotion
Paper tissues
Bath handrail the shower was over the bath
Suites in 4 star hotels usually have some of these
I could not see any porterage or concierge
Turning to dinner you have to fend for yourself for seating, the food was ok and regularly replenished. The holes dinner dress code foe men at dinner was long trousers ,this was not enforced ,many wore vest,shorts and scruffy jeans and it was not unusual to sea Diners wandering around wearing haversacks
The only lounge bar had inadequate seating a with customers having to stand around and often a queue formed at the bar in spite of the few bar staff working very hard.sometimes the queue was ignored by by our mainly European fellow guests to whom the concept of an orderly line is unknown
The Tindaya is a family friendly hotel and and guests need to be aware that children are running around until late

Room ,grounds,clean and well maintained
Plenty clothes hangers

Thank you for taking a moment to write your review regarding your holidays and we are deeply disappointed to read that your experience here with us has been negative.

We would like to comment some issue that you mention.

Let us state that safe use and payment is not mandatory. In other words, we understand those guests who are in disagreement with this particular hotel policy can choose not to purchase the service.
Some services such nespresso are included only if you book thorugh our web page and it is not your case since you have booked via Jet2holidays.

A deposit for beach towels is a common practice in hotels to avoid their or loss of property and is not unsual for 4 stars Hotels.

All in please accept our apologies for not being able to make your stay with us as you expected. We will take your comments into consideration and continue working hard every day to make each and every guest happy while staying at the H10 Tindaya.

Hoping you trust again H1O Hotels in the future.

Booked through Alpha rooms requesting a twin room for myself and my mother - granted no guarantee but with 3 weeks notice you would not expect to be an issue!! Wrong we got a double - my friend who booked a room for 1 person was checked in to a suite, and paying half the price of my room for 2- so we swapped so we all had a bed to ourselves. The hotel really did not get this issue and blamed Alpha rooms and Alpha rooms blamed the hotel - all very disorganised and shambolic. However the hotel is super clean, great selection for all inclusive guests - more microwaves would be good as food is not always hot hot . Cocktails are fab but not enough staff or machines to make them- it must be a nightmare high season. Entertainment was ok could be better.
Location for beach is perfect but not too much to do or see in and around .
Grounds beautifully kept and the spa for €12 is a great way to unwind.
Free tea and coffee would be expected in a 4* hotel.

We are disappointed to read about your opinion regarding the check in and as I have already told you here, we simply assigned you the room category that you have booked.
If you book a double standar room you can not expect to receive a suite.Of course we didn not blame Alpha rooms but we just told you that we don't know what they promise you.As I explained you we did not receive any mail asking for any special requests and we regret that you think that we are not organized because of this.

Besides this fact we are glad to read that you have been satisfied with our hotel facilities and we will take on mind your comments to improve day by day.

I travelled to H10 Tindaya for a weeks holiday with my parents and boyfriend to celebrate my 30th birthday. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean. The food was good every night although it would have been nice to have an a la carte restaurant to break it up a bit as it can be busy in the main buffet restaurant. The drinks were plentiful however there was 1 person serving most of the time and they were rushed of their feet the whole day/night so you had to wait to be served. The rooms were spacious however myself and my boyfriend were not impressed with the maid service. We did not have any towel art during our stay (even though we had left a generous tip for her!!) also she didn't clean the room as what I would have expected, sheets were just thrown over the bed, she emptied the bin but left the dirty bin bag on the side?! During our stay we had one night of good entertainment which was the magic show. The animation team consisted of 3 people, Davide was the only one to make an effort with us the whole week. During our stay there was a big arrival of Italian guests and to our amazement they had their own half of the hotel, own entertainment hall and own animation team consisting of 6 people. It felt like the Italian guests were priorities as soon as they arrived, even the wifi which was really good stopped working when they arrived which makes me think they also have priority over that too. Overall the holiday was lovely, very clean and friendly staff but I wouldn't go back to this hotel but would do another H10 somewhere else.
