Stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends.

Positives:
- Close to the airport and with a number of amenities nearby
- Rooms were clean and quiet
- Nice tapas bar and swimming pool area (but the swimming pool itself was dirty)

Negatives:
- The glass doors at the bathrooms: I have yet to figure out in which scenario this would be a good idea, but make sure you are very close with your room mate if sharing a room in this hotel
- Lacking baseline services that one would expect from a hotel at this price range (e.g. minibar, safes, etc. )
- Espresso: 2 Eur, Capuccino: 3 Eur, either of those with ice: 6 Eur. Seriously? 4 Eur for the ice?
- No luggage tags or similar checks: tired of your current wardrobe? Just pick up a random suitcase from the storage room

Stayed there 3 nights in July 2012. Hotel is overall clean but very tacky. Rooms are definitely overpriced and give the feel of a sleazy roadside motel, that you would rent for a few hours, with pink spotlights and glass screens instead of bathroom doors. Empty minibar, and safe that needs to be rented.

Worst of all though is the extremely unfriendly staff. At check in you are required to make full payment. There is no such thing as room service (they refused to bring the safe key to the room!). Bar pricing is completely random (if you want ice to be added to your coffee, they charge triple the price to cover the "labour" cost!). Only decent part of the hotel is the tapas bar.

Stay away from this hotel and its staff.

Four of us have just returned from a Thursday am to Sunday pm break. Once again the hotel was faultless from the staff on reception, to the cleanliness of the bedrooms all the way through the hotel to the pool. Comfy day beds, sofas and chilled music accompany the gentle sound of the beach bar and the waves on the beach. Enormous variety of food in the buffet style restaurant at breakfast and dinner and it catered very well for vegetarians and the beach bar serves well sized lunch meals by helpful, smiley staff, who remembered us.

The staff on reception also assisted us with photocopying (for no charge). Towel hire with daily change is recommended, as is a trip to the peaceful Spa. Short walk to Bora Bora and Space and a cheap taxi ride to the airport and Ibiza Town. I can't recommend this hotel enough, other than this is our third trip in an year and we will try and squeeze in a fourth.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea facing room or a suite (if available).

The bar here was the perfect place to while away the hours. The view from the terrace bar is stunning. Great staff, good selection of beers, wines and cocktails and great tapas. A civilised respite from the teenage-filled party bars along the main strip.

Just returned from from a long weekend here for a friends birthday. We arrived at 2am and had no problems checking in. Paid there and then and was directed straight to room. Standard room was basic but suited us fine as it was just somewhere to sleep. Not great views - literally a glimmer of sea, but again that's not what we were there for! Nice size balcony if you want to sit out. Buffet breakfast is until 10.30am - good selection of hot and cold foods. We were half board but never had dinner there, but heard that was good also. Large pool which looked really nice, but sunbeds were taken quite early in the day, and everyone was just crammed round the pool, so we got sunbeds on the beach. The beach got incredibally busy as the day went on - people right on top of you so we walked further along the beach to La Plage de L'Elephant (beach club) and used their sunbeds/umbrellas for same price but much nicer to lie out! Waiter service also. Beds fairly comfortable - slept well. Plenty of souvenir shops/restaurants outside of hotel along with taxi rank. Blue Marlin/Jockey Club/old town only 10 mins away in taxi and thouroughly recommended!! Lovely hotel bar open til late - nice cocktails!! All in all, great location for trips out/clubs and would totally stay here again.
