This is a lovely property where they clearly take pride in their customer service, food quality and offering something for everyone. The only negative comments we have were that people kept putting towels down on sunbeds & leaving them until they were ready to visit the pool area which obviously meant that their was a shortage of beds and also the hotel ran out of pool towels on our arrival day which meant that we were unable to swim. The entertainment was absolutely first class. The choice of food was exceptional in al of the restaurants and the system in place to book the a la carte restaurants was very efficient. This was our first 'all inclusive' holiday and we were really impressed with it.

Room Tip: The rooms are beautifully furnished; we had a ground floor room with a small patio area. Although there was enough room for the bed & sofa bed, when there are 4 of you in one room its obviously a bit of a squash! Take coat hangers with you so as you've got more options for hanging clothes as drawer space is very limited.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and this hotel's Customer Service, personal attention to detail and friendliness of staff made it a very special occasion that we will always remember. I liaised with Chiara before we arrived about arrangements and she was so helpful, obliging and professional - many thanks to her, Alejandro and the Customer Service Team for everything they did for us. The Barstaff were also fantastic, and we give special thanks to Robert for his patience and understanding with my terrible ‘Welsh Spanish’ and to Sergio for his expertise in the ‘shots’ department. We’re now quite good at ordering brandy coffee in Spanish 
We couldn't check in on arrival at 11am because the hotel was at full capacity, but we could use the facilities and checked in at 3pm. The air conditioned lobby and bar was very comfortable (it also smells fantastic – random comment but worth a mention). I would suggest shorts/bikini's being at the top of your case for easy access in case you want to change and get some sun whilst you wait - jeans and t-shirts in 35c are not cool! You’ll be offered a private space to change in.
The food at every restaurant we ate in was excellent. The main 'canteen' offers a huge range of international cuisine and it was always easy to find a table; cava is available on entry (even at breakfast) :-) You can book a speciality restaurant as often as you like, but only the day before at the Customer Service desk - they're popular so get there early! There’s a 24hr bar/restaurant in the adjoining sister hotel which is a short walk away. Dress code for the restaurant’s can be casual if you want but make it smart. Fella’s should wear tailored, longish shorts – no flipflops, trainers are OK.
Our standard double room was spotless and very comfortable (fabulously comfortable beds) with great air con and black out curtains if you fancy a siesta. Maid service and mini bar replen is daily (beer, water and cola/fanta) and they do a fantastic job. The shower is huge and powerful, lovely fluffy white towels, plenty of loo roll and the hairdryer is a substantial piece of kit (no diffuser head, though – curly heads will struggle unless you bring your own hairdryer with diffuser, but my hair exploded with the humidity. Pointless ). Flannels, shampoo, conditioner, shower jel and soap are provided and replenished. There’s a make up mirror in the bathroom but the lighting isn’t that good. The only English channel on the flat screen TV on the wall you can get is BBC News. My only gripe about the room is the design…….(obviously done by a bloke) because the dressing table and poof are redundant with no mirror at the table – there’s a full mirror next to it, though. The fridge is built into the wardrobe area but opens from the left (awkward because you have to move the sofa, open the wardrobe door and lean across to get access to it from the right). The ironing board/iron are cleverly concealed between the fridge and hanging space in a long, thin cupboard. This is a design marvel but more thought went into that than the dressing table, substantiating the rationale for a male designer. There’s not much hanging space but I did pack for 3 weeks, as opposed to the 7 days we stayed for.
There’s a policy of not being able to throw towels on sunbeds before 9am, but that is not enforced or policed so get there early for a good spot (I’m talking 7.30-8am). I must stress that the hotel was at full capacity, so probably not like this all the time – go to the other pools if it’s a problem. The pool is relatively cold but very clean and well maintained, the DJ plays loud  on a Tuesday afternoon so if you don’t like bangin’, well mixed classics or ‘now’ tunes, get a sunbed over at one of the quieter pools at the sister hotel. There’s a bar at the end of the pool and you can also use the lobby bar and ask for plastic glasses, but cover up in there. ‘Tops off’ or swimwear are not allowed in the lobby bar. There’s a foam party on Thursday’s which is well attended by all ages and nationalities – great fun. Access to the beach is through a gate next to the pool bar. Easy to get out but a bit tricky to get back in; its operated by your room key card but doesn’t work very well, so brush up on your French, Spanish, Swedish, Belgian, Italian and German for, ‘Please could you open the gate?’ as this can only be done from the inside; you can get back in but you have to walk around the back and along the street. The beach bar is not part of the hotel, so you’ll need to cough up for drinks there (4 Euro for a beer). However, the Nassau Beach Bar is just to the left – totally awesome, funky vibe with DJ and MC on occasion (gutted that we only discovered this place on the day before leaving). It’s a beach bar so there’s no dress code per se, but be prepared to mix with some very young, very beautiful and totally cool clientele. If you’re over 40, big it up or bring a bag for your head/hair/body. There are some fabulous oldies there too, don’t be afraid.
San Antonio (Café Mambo, etc. etc.) is a 20 minute taxi ride away. Costs about 28-30 euro for the taxi and the hotel will book that for you at reception, but ensure that you use the designated taxi rank for the trip home. There are unscrupulous, unauthorised taxi drivers that will try to temp you – DON’T do it. They’re dangerous for all sorts of reasons. Ushuaia Beach, Bora Bora Beach, Hi (previously Space) and the Hard Rock Hotel are a 5 minute walk away from the hotel but bring your cheque book – 12 euro for a bottle of water at Hi! There’s a regular bus service outside of the hotel to take you to Ibiza town – check out the old town (get off at Disco’s stop) for the marina and gobsmacking yachts.
I don’t think I’ll get an honorary PhD for my review, but I hope it helps with your decision making about choosing this hotel. We’ve stayed at numerous 5* hotels all over the world and I recommend it. Probably not 5* star in all areas but overall, due to the attentiveness of customer service and the bar staff, that brings it up to par. Happy to answer any questions.

The hotel is very clean. The staf very friendly. Only the quality of the food is not what you exspected for a 5 star hotel, We were disappointed about it. Also the ''bed' reservations on te Pool starting at 7.00h in the morning gives not a relaxed holiday feeling. The accomodaties on te beach are very poor... (dixie toilet). The rooms are very clean and wellicht isolatied !

Dear katrien159,

thank you so much for your time for sharing your experience with us.

It is nice to know that you have appeciated the cleanness and the friendliness of our staff.

We will forward your opinion about the food to our chefs and will do our best to keep improving, thank you. About the sunbeds we would like to remember that it is not permitted to reserve them, this is why there are many signs around the pool. We would also like to let you know that the toilet at the beach is not from the hotel, as it is a public beach. You could make use of our toilets at our beach restaurant Portofino.
We really appreciate your feedback, thank you.

We hope we have the chance to welcome you again.

My family and I stayed at the Palace Palladium in Aug 2017 and had a great time. The rooms, pool, food, bars and staff were all excellent.
The hotel is located close to the airport and I was concerned that plane noise would be an issue, but honestly it's not.
Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

The resort was spotless, the food was delicious, the staff were super friendly. The entertainment was great. We can't wait to go back. We are members of the travel club and the service overall from the club was outstanding. Buying into the travel club was a brilliant decision.

Room Tip: Junior suites are lovely for bigger families.
