It's impossible not to repeat what so many other reviewers are saying about the Palladium, it's people, food, and service - all were simply marvellous.
Yes, it's a lovely, well-presented hotel but it's the people that make the holiday. The driver who met us with a smile at the airport, the front desk and reception staff (Thanos who tried to teach me Greek), the management team, the chefs behind the scenes, the room maid whom we never saw - all contributed to making our stay memorable.
But there were three people in particular who kept us smiling throughout our 10 days there - Stavros who ran the dining rooms from breakfast through lunch to dinner (not forgetting Andreas) but kept smiling and still found time for a friendly word and the odd joke or two; Manos who ran the pool area and bar and just couldn't do enough for everybody but, more importantly, makes a pretty good White Lady cocktail; and Despina in the lounge/lobby bar, keeping us supplied with our pre- and post-dinner drinks and telling us off if we attempted to save her some work by taking our glasses back to the bar.

Room Tip: They are all different and have their own appeal

Just returned from a week at the Palladium, great hotel, very stylish and chic. Great staff cannot do enough to help especially Stavros in the restaurant and Manos at the pool bar.
Lovely rooms with all necessary amenities.
Short walk down the hill to the seafront where a number of restaurant and bars are available, or €10 into Mykonos town to travel through the winding streets and beautiful shops.
There are not a huge amount of sun loungers around the pool and I wouldn't take children, it's more of a relaxation retreat.
I will definitely go back.

Room Tip: Room 303 one level above the pool

Was fortunate to book this hotel on my first trip to Mykonos. It's a bus or cab ride into the main town and I am glad I stayed here. A convenience store and ATM was located next door, and an exclusive beach was a short walk down a path.

A ten night stay at the Palladium with our Granddaughters was a delight. A short ride from the airport takes you to the 5 star hotel. We were greeted by Maria the Manager, Akila front desk and Thanos on arrival with a welcome champagne drink. Maria showed us to our rooms which had a great sea view. The rooms were were very clean and roomy although the bathroom was quite small but adequate. We were on a B&B package. The breakfast was fantastic, every conceivable option from Greek delights, omelettes to full cooked breakfast, fruits, cheeses, hams etc. Stavros and Andreas in the dining rooms could not do enough for you. Excellent service. Unfortunately there is always a however, my wife who has mobility problems found the hotel difficult with the number of steps and I would recommend anybody with mobility problems to seriously think about Mykonos as a destination as the towns, hotels, swimming pools are not conducive to anybody with mobility problems. If you are fit and healthy then the Palladium and Mykonos are an excellent choice for a holiday.
