Stayed here for 3 nights for Euro 2016 and found the hotel exactly what we needed, when so many other hotels in Marseille were booked up or very expensive this hotel was reasonably priced still.

It is a bit out of Marseille so if this is where you are planning to go get a car or use the train which is over the road for days you want to have a drink.

The hotel itself was clean and had everything we needed for the stay, the staff/ management were very friendly and even bought everyone a pint one night. All in all a great start to our trip in France.

We got back from dinner every night to find the gate locked, no one on reception and the got billed 2 weeks after we stayed there for things we didn't even have! Cheap and poor quality rooms and never had a good nights sleep!

I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The accommodation is simple but clean. The heating in my room was broken and I was relocated to another one straight away. The restaurant was also very friendly. Simple food but tasty and reasonably priced. Secure parking. Easy to find.

Arrived past 11pm wit crying 2year old toddler; only chec-in automat available next to entrance door; Reservation number could not be found by the system; when calling the phone number posted at the entrance (emergency number) only the voice mail came on! After 5 calls to the hotel and 2 calls to Expedia the front desk woman showed up. We almost wanted to leave, looking for an other hotel.
Rooms are clean, but old. Far not as nice as in the Campanile hotel in Aix en Provence. If you don´t mind the few kilometers inbetween, stay there!
Breakfast: most of the items at the buffet were missing. You have to beg for everything. Quality & selection (after begging) was ok.
Only has 2 towels in the room for 2 adults and 1 child. Room was never cleaned up!
STAY AWAY!

Room tip: choose an other hotel

The hotel has rather small rooms; though I had a double room it was only place for one person. The arrangement and equipment is functional.

Although in an industrial zone the area is rather quiet. The only problem was that my room was at ground level with the door directly leading to the front yard outside. I needed to close the blinds - and I couldn't get them open again for airing. Therefore the room had a bad smell in it. Also the door lock was a rather tricky thing to operate.

The hotel restaurant offered a nice dinner buffet; personnel was friendly but partially not very professional in handling their own dinner bonuses.

Conclusion: if you do not need to stay long or to do additional work in the room and your business is located in the area this hotel is a good alternative to perhaps more expensive (and not much better) alternatives.
