Sought this restaurant out because of the ranking and reviews, but was a little disappointed overall. Menu is quite fussy and limited. The appetizer was basically a cold slice of toasted bread spread with chopped tomatoes with a triangle of cheese leaning against it. Had a selection of tapas to start, which were ok, but nothing special. The chateaubriand was superb and cooked to perfection however the super hot slate replacement for a plate continued to cook it, so if you weren't quick, you're medium rare quickly became well done! Accompanying veg was average. Nice for an 'upmarket' alternative to the strip, but wouldn't hold its own in other places. Efficient, but impersonal staff left this 'special' meal slightly lacking, but would visit again if returning to Lanzarote, just with more reasonable expectations
