We were curious about the place which was only 10m away from our hostel. It was worth having breakfast here - with unique breads and cookies, & baklava of course! George & Cloe were very warm and friendly + the ambiance was awesome. Good find, cheap eats :-)

We discovered the bakery as we were walking around. It looked interesting so we thought we'd check it out. Down the stairs we went to discover a bakery that been in the family for 200 years. We were greeted by the owner George and his lovely wife. After taking in the sites and smells we selected some delicious pastry and sat at a bistro table. When we tried to pay the bill the owner said no; the next time we visit the bakery we can pay. We visited the bakery twice more during our stay in Mykonos Town. After learning from the hotel staff that this bakery was their favorite, we bought pastries for the hotel staff and ourselves of course. What a find!

Came across this place on a hot afternoon. Really tranquil and gentle place to be. Lovely sweet snacks and great coffee.

It’s down some steps - sign and entrance weren't particularly obvious, so you can easily miss it – and you would find a hidden gem. It is a lovely family business with great breads, cookies and pastries.

In the morning, you can watch Gioras baking using the wood oven.

The owners are extremely nice and welcoming.

We researched TripAdvisor reviews before our trip to Mykonos and put Gioras on our must go to list. We were not disappointed! It's an amazing old bakery hidden within the streets of the downtown shops, or the habitrail as we called it. The cookies and coffee were out of this world. The ham and cheese was incredible. Go! You won't be disappointed. And the owner is a lovely, very pleasant woman.
