Take the bus right to the end and you find Aponisos, it only costs 2eu each way and the bus drops you right there.
Aponisos is a small, privately owned island accessed via a short bridge and then you are charged 5eu entry but this gets you a lounger, umbrella and voucher for a drink, soft or beer, which is good value. There isn't a beach as such but a ramp or a ladder going down into the water which is beautifully clear with fish swimming around you. It is about 4ft deep throughout the bay. There are also some platforms and things for children and not so grown ups to lay on.
Certainly looking forward to visiting again before our stay is over .
There is also a good taverna on the mainland side and a small beech with access to the bay as well if you don't fancy the cost or the lounger

A spell here will be sure to recharge the batteries. You need to pay a nominal fee for entry, for which you are given a sunbed and a voucher for a beverage at the snack bar - a coffee or a beer I think are the options. The beach is situated on the other side of the marina where there is a lovely taverna in the case that you wish to contemplate the stunning view further over a yummy supper and a bevvie or two... The journey of 7km from the Flying Dolphin marina is worth it as it will take you through forests and along a lovely lake where you may just spot the odd wild turkey!!

A private beach that offers a decent deal (5 euro for a sunbed, umbrella and coffee or a drink). Absolutely picturesque, tranquil - the best spot on the island.

The best part of this summer's holidays was aponisos. Travelling there was a great experience and i wiil remember that tripfor the rest of my life. Crystal clear water. It's like you swim in two different beaches at the same time.

Beautiful beach, very relaxing and quiet, probably the best beach in Agistri.
You should pay to stay in the beach it self.
