I haven't ever stayed at Rosy's but have eaten there on a number of occasions when staying elsewhere in Skala. The only reason for not actually staying here is due to having young children - the hotel isn't that suitable for younger than teenagers due to the location and the clientele - however I look forward to staying there without kids one day soon!

Rosy's is set on the edge of the island and the view is wonderful. The sea access is an experience in itself and certainly not for those who just want to walk into the sea from a beach. The whole complex has a very unique feel and that is one of the key things that makes it so lovely. Even going as an evening visitor for dinner you get a taste of the whole 'Rosy's' experience. People are very friendly and the paying guests are often groups of people who meet up every year and are regular returners.

The food that I have eaten on every occasion has been really lovely. Sometimes the menu can be a bit limited with lots on the menu not actually being available but the choice is still wide and it would be hard not to find something on offer. The service is always lovely and my children have always been made to feel welcome - although I am always mindful that they need to be on their absolute best behaviour and that the rules are a bit stricter than perhaps other places locally.

Rosy's is definitely worth visiting if you are on the island to experience the unique atmosphere there. It is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Skala and well worth the effort. I am looking forward to eating there again when next in Agistri and looking forward even more to staying there one day.

We were absolutely overjoyed with the warm welcome we received from Rosy and her team. Their hospitality, the fantastic location and the great food at the restaurant made our stay absolutely unforgettable.

We couldn't spend too much time to find a nice place close to athens.
et we luckely found rosy's place in Agistri.
great place. simple rooms (but nicely furnished) and all what you ever dreamt to find in a small resort: beautiful nature, nice composition of the little village, great terraces going down progressively to the sea. good food. charming employees, helpful, nice and discret at the same time.
rosy is a great person, warm and clever.
a place where we spent a beautiful time! Thanks very much!

Paradise
I first spotted "Rosy's little village" on the internet and though the website was beautiful and inviting the place itself was beyond all expectations. The little Greek village was built by Rosy and her husband, Nondas, high on the hill, surrounded by pine trees which gives the place a pleasant dry weather and not too hot .The little village itself which is built according to a traditional Greek village is all painted white and blue, and green plants and flowers are everywhere. The rooms are simple, beautiful, cozy, very clean and well organized. The little village steps carry you strait down for a refreshing swim in the blue crystal turquoise water of the Sarronic sea. The restaurant in this lovely village cooks excellent dishes and the green fresh vegetable salads are picked up every day from Rosy's little garden. A magnificent view of the blue ocean and the opposite island of Aegina right across is viewed from our rooms and while having dinner on the open porch of the restaurant. The whole staff makes a great effort to make you happy and contented and especially Rosy that takes a warm care after each one of her guests. Thank you Rosy and Nondas for creating this paradise, returning back is just a matter of time!

Rosy's is pure magic - it's charm hits you head as you arrive and you know immediately you've found somewhere special. It has it's own distinct heartbeat which you can't help but tune into and relax. It's location is gorgeous, nestled on a hillside overlooking the sea, with fresh rooms, basic yet with all you need; the Agian family are wonderful and the staff will do anything to help. The food is delicious, with homegrown vegetables picked fresh every morning and different fish on the menu every day. My usually fussy children try everything because they know it's always good. It has something for everyone, whether a romantic couple; a family of 10 or a workshop group; every Thursday is music night which is like time travelling back to a Greece from a long ago forgotten time. The local town is a 5 min walk from the hotel. Free wifi. Great bar. Great everything.
