We were visiting family and needed just somewhere to sleep, 2 adults. 2 children. The room was very spacious and the staff were lovely and friendly. We didn't need to eat there... Bargain for £50just for the night. Will definitely stay there again an probably eat there next time tooMore

Mixed emotions about my stay at the Talardy Hotel. Unfortunately I was isolating because I was having cancer treatment and my wife and kids all had coughs and colds. So I booked the Talardy as it was very reasonably priced and around the corner from the hospital I was getting chemotherapy and radiotherapy. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, a week later, I cannot think of one negative about this place. My room was comfortable, clean and practical. All I needed. When I went to their restaurant on the first evening I explained I would prefer a seat a little out of the way due to my treatment. The assistant understood and showed me to my table in a section that was completely empty. I ate in the same area each night. The food was fantastic, especially the Steak, Minted lamb shank, Mixed grill, Buttermilk chicken and the Tiramasu.
The staff couldn't do enough for me. When the manager, Michelle, heard that it was my birthday during the week and I was going to spend it away from my family, she brought a bottle of wine as a present to my room. I was really appreciative of her thoughtful gesture.
So I can't say I enjoyed my stay at the wonderful Talardy Hotel for obvious reasons but I can't recommend the place highly enough.

Very convenient location on the North Wales Expressway.
Rooms always clean and spacious.
Food is pub-style but reasonably priced and consistant.
Good selection for breakfast.

Staff on arriving helpful.full explantion where room was.room lovely and clean.plenty of room.we had food in the restaurant waitress very good.we had rottiserire chicken.later on the afternoon rest of family had a meal all nice.we booked a breakfast for next morning which was good value and kids only two pound fifty pence.all staff excellent.

Staying at the Talardy now, about our 6th stay over a few years
Rooms comfortable and clean! Breakfasts lovely, Amanda served us 2 nights running,what a credit to the hotel. Five night stay this time. Be back again early next year
