This hotel (motel style) is value for money choice. The rooms were clean and you could park your car in front of your room. Breakfast was good and personel was ready to help. Castelletto Ticino isnt' interesting but is a good base to start exploring lake Maggiore. Sesto Calende is another interesting village near there.

Arrived early to very friendly staff.
Parking right outside the room. Big, comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, a fantastic, delicious selection.

Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Good location by a local road, easy to drive to the nice towns around lake Maggiore. Convenient parking place next to the bedroom. The bedroom is spacios with a very large comfortable bed and good shower. It might need renovation soon, though. Sound isolation is not good. Very good breakfast, including prosciutto, mozzarella and hot items. Overall good value for money for one night.

Breakfast was great with lots of choice and good quality food. Parking was motel style by the room. Although at the end of what resembled an American strip it was close to the lake and easy to get about. Only 30 minutes drive from Malpensa airport and so useful for a first night in the area.
We could have done with a lightweight quilt or blanket as the bedding provided was a bit hot for summer, even with the aircon.

The property is in need of a much needed renovation. It looks tired and old. The pictures on the booking site are definitely misleading to the reality. Rooms are acceptable and good size. The free WiFi did not work and after a number of reminders at the reception the signal finally returned. Funny that one has to pass the staff corridor and go through open fire locked doors (fire system obvious does not work) Breakfast experience a horror with old perculated coffee, no bread rolls, only some hard looking toast with a few slides of ham and green hard boiled eggs. We won't return that is for sure.

We are sorry that your stay hasn't been positive, however I assure you that the wi-fi signal is undergoing improvement (unfortunately there have been violent thunderstorms in the last few days and wi-fi has been affected) and that the fire system works properly.

We stayed there 8 nights. Room was ok. Some things need repair toilet, bath, hole in walls.
The breakfast was predominantly sweet. You can find there croissants, marmalade, yogurt one type of cheese, ham, salami. We missed some vegetable or fruits.
