Stayed there with my wife for one night and it was very good. Check-in was easy , room was large and clean, bathroom as well. It's motel type and you can leave your car in front of the room which is awesome. Easy with the luggage:) Breakfast could be better though - it's pretty basic.
Location is good as well.

Blue Relais Maggiore Sento,
Reason for this stay was a month work in Sento.
My travel agent booked a month and payed in advance.
Well it is no hotel but a motel only used by overnight travellers mostly motor drivers and people who arrive past midnight for just a few hours.
Walls are thin, beds are hard and protected with plastic sheets. The shower and airco not working.
We asked for a refund which was refused. We took our loss of 1500€ per person. And booked a 3 star hotel nearby : with wellness, gym, sunroof.
Blue relais claims to have 4 stars, it really is not worth your money better stay somewhere good.
Breakfast is terrible and if you’re lucky you get some. It starts serving at 0700 but mostly finished serving at 0701 then only emptyness welcomes you.
Amazing welcome at 00:30; perfect parking directly outside the room. Quiet, clean and ideal in terms of room. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice, very good coffee and I particularly liked the Tirimasu!
This hotel (motel style) is value for money choice. The rooms were clean and you could park your car in front of your room. Breakfast was good and personel was ready to help. Castelletto Ticino isnt' interesting but is a good base to start exploring lake Maggiore. Sesto Calende is another interesting village near there.

Parking right outside the room. Big, comfortable room that was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great, a fantastic, delicious selection.

Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Good location by a local road, easy to drive to the nice towns around lake Maggiore. Convenient parking place next to the bedroom. The bedroom is spacios with a very large comfortable bed and good shower. It might need renovation soon, though. Sound isolation is not good. Very good breakfast, including prosciutto, mozzarella and hot items. Overall good value for money for one night.
