A friend booked our stay for a night. Hotel is new, just opened about 2 months ago. It's located near to Pacha, about a 5 min walk, so convenient for party folks. The receptionists and front office office staff are energetic, young, bubbly and friendly. Everyone looked like they stepped out of a magazine or fashion shoot. Rooms were small but well laid out and had everything we needed, USB plugs for phone charging, amenities, nice shower. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and organic. There were something like 8 different types of fresh juices - beetroot, carrot & ginger, celery & cucumber - which I could not get my fill of. Lots of hot and cold breakfast food and a hot dish/egg done to your preference. The breakfast servers were so lovely and we enjoyed conversing with them alot. I forget their names but there was a young lady from Latvia (? Paulina?) and a gentleman from Morocco (Hassan?) who gave us great service. Hotel rents out yellow Amsterdam bikes. Think half or full day was 12 euros.

I got invited for a one night stay at my birthday by my friend and we were staying at one of the suites at Hotel Sir Joan. It was an positive experience. First the check in staff was very friendly as we arrived in the late evening and the check in was very quickly. Very comfortable and the room was very stylish and modern, huge television and very fashion. What I liked most was the bed, king size and so comfortable. The room is not loud as the windows are soundproof, so you don't hear the street noise of the roundabout. One side of the hotel has sea view to D'Alt Vila. It was so nice, that I overslept the breakfast, which I could not taste. I really recommend Sir Joan, near from Ibiza town by walking distance. Next beach is talamanca which will be a 10 or 15 minutes walk from there. Also they have a pool. Nice stay, thank you!

Fantastic stay at Sir Joan. Food is incredible, staff are super friendly, attentive and really make the the experience. Rooms are beautifully decorated, the boutique is small but the supreme was amazing. Definitely the place to stay in Ibiza town.

Felt compelled to leave a review for this newly open hotel as our stay there was amazing. My wife and I went out to Ibiza for a last minute trip and booked this through TripAdvisor and was a little bit nervous that it all sounded too good to be true - how could a small hotel with such great reviews have rooms available? Well the reason is that its only been open a few weeks and so no-one knows about it!

We needn't have worried as this is one of the most amazing hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff were beyond helpful, and like all the other reviews we found the breakfast is out of this world. Its worth the stay alone to see the endless breakfast options. We also spent one night having dinner in the hotel and the restaurant Izakaya is also amazing - some lovely sushi and Asian tapas options.

The rooms and the hotel are beautifully designed, there are some minor things (like hooks in the bathroom for towels, and we couldn't for the life of us work out how to just turn the bathroom light on and not the whole room!) but as a small boutique hotel it really is exquisite. The staff really make it as they were all so lovely and helpful.

One hotel we would definitely love to return too

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with views of the Old Town, overlooking the pool as the balconies also get the sun all day

The hotel made my experience very very special , no mistakes at all.

Everyone took care of me from the bell man, the reception staff, house keeping but especially the conceirge team.

The conceirge team consisted of 3-4 amazing ladies who contacted before my arrival by a couple of weeks and went through my plan and options and suggested to everyday new things to try. There was no barriers to work with them as they sitting on the sofa and easily reached, a hotel and a conceirge team that smiles and greets you every time you enter or leave should not be missed.

Excellent , excellent . Excellent . All i can say.
