I recommend this to anyone planning a trip with family and friends. The house has everything: multiple bedrooms, a kitchen, pool, sauna.. It's very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The villa is located in Fregene, which is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the beach and explore a big and beautiful city such as Rome.

This house has every amenity possibly desired. There's a large lovely pool that somehow stays temperate late on cool nights, there's roof access with a wonderful view of an agricultural area, and there's a great sauna located in a separate quarter of the compound. To keep from being excessively wordy I'll state in a shorter fashion that there's many very comfortable beds, several bathrooms, an excellent covered outdoor area, and a full kitchen that even includes an ice machine, how decadent. The town of Fregene has a beach that is much nicer than advertised and a fun set of beach bars and restaurants. There's also a train stop just outside of the town that can get you to Rome in less than half an hour for when you need to go and get your fill of a metropolis. Undoubtedly the icing on top of the cake is the owner of this establishment. She is accommodating to the fullest and is completely elegant. If you need a luxurious place for just yourself or for everyone you know this is the place you need to go.

This is a nice location for a larger group of people who are looking for a place both close to the sea and to the city of Rome. Fregene is located ~20 minutes from Fiumicino Airport, which is both pro & con: it allows for quick and easy transfer, but you'll experience plenty of sound pollution from landing airplanes. You'll get from the villa to the Vatican in roughly an hour by taking the train from Maccarese. The beach is 10 minutes walk away.

The villa has three floors, nice bedrooms, a great living room/hangout area, a sizeable pool, a jacuzzi, a small gym area and even a sauna. The kitchen is quite small but you will find everything you need. On the downside, there is no wifi, however you will find cafés nearby where you can get your Internet fix.
