Amazing location with great views on the bay. Especially for sunset or enjoying breakfast on the terrace.
The staff is great, always ready to help. They moved us to another apartment after one night (some problems with the fridge and some doors) which was a great improvement.
That being said, the place could so much nicer, if they did some real refurbishment. They claim some rooms are already done, but beside a new bed and some repairs, still a lot to improve. The chairs/table on the terrace were really old and could break any day.
Same for the wifi-area, the sunset terrace, the area around the pool. All very poorly maintained.
If they just would upscale those facilities, install AC, they could ask twice the money...

Arrived by car from the east side and saw no signs to the residence. Only if you come from west (Cagliari) you see the sign to exit the main road. A steep winding bumpy dirt road led us to the top of the hill.
Received a friendley greeting by the manager and were let to our studio-apartment, with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean, the nearby beach, and the surrounding residential area. The apartment was very neat and clean and the kichten equipped with the basics. But the walls were paper thin and the doors could use some WD40. (squirky)
Lounge atmosphere at the sunset bar with wifi. Wifi here worked better than by the reception. Five mins by car you'll find a well assorted supermarket, cafe, kiosk, restaurant, all close to the beach. ( Palm beach, also with bar/restaurant )
A cozy and quiet village within 20-30 mins drive to Villasimius and the south east beaches of the island.
All in all we were happy with our choise and enjoyed our stay.

First of all the Hotel is nicely situated on the top of a hill and has a very nice view over the coastline. The apartments are equipped with the bare necessities, there is however no air conditioning. This is simply unacceptable as the rooms get to be very hot and especially humid in July/August so that you can barely sleep. Strange things begin when getting to the service staff. Not only do they charge you for 30 euro when you arrive late (although the person doing the check-in is situated at the site and needs 5 min of their time / when asked why this has to so expensive the explanation was: 'these are the rules'). In addition you get charged for 100 euro at the check-in if you consume something at the place and they charge you for a mysterious tourism tax in extra which we never have come across anywhere elso on the island. In summary the staff did everything they could to make you feel like someone sneaking out without paying they money they felt to get from you. Classic example of a nice place with a profit oriented instead of a service oriented staff.

Quite spectacular views to watch the beautiful sunsets. Very friendly welcome from helpful staff. Excellent, very clean pool and a family of tortoises, what more could you want. Beach, shop, bar 5 mins away. Lovely laid-back atmosphere.

Located on the top of a hill, with amazing wonderful views.
Our balcony was allowing us to see the Mediterrannea, the beach (not close to the apartment) and on evenings...a wonderful Sunset.
Access is nothing but easy if you come by car, a dirt windy road...need to be cautious.
People at the residence were extremely sympathic and helpful.
WIFI connexion works well at reception area, but evenings...be careful of mosquitos.
Pool is also great.
Apartment (duplex) was ok...a negative remark, there's only one bathroom/WC which was upstairs, not very convenient if you sleep downstairs (stairs are a bit noisy).
A car is absolutely a must need to do anything...unless you want to rely on their free beach shuttle (not a good idea).
