Good location...10 minute walk to harbour. Parking free. Wifi available in our room although if we left our tablet down for awhile we had to resign in. Friendly staff. Room nicely decorated and clean.

The building is 10 minutes walk from the port, even less from the main square; the structure is simple, clean, personnel at reception kind. Room is large enough, very simple furniture and arrangement. TV and air conditioning ok. I personally disliked a couple of details, that with a small effort could have been improved: tight and dark space at the floor (at least the 1st floor), once got out from the lift; less than basic plastic blinds at the door-window, even not well kept. Recognizing that middle of August is not the best period to find good arrangements at reasonable price, double room 150€/night with no breakfast seems expensive.

Room Tip: Rooms opposite to road are more silent

I visited Corsica with my wife in last April.
We had a very good experience at Hotel Santa Maria. We had a warm welcome.
Room was charming with a very beautiful view on Saint Florent Gulf.
We spent several wonderful days which will remain a very pleasant memory

2am after an amazing night at a festival high up in the hills of Patrimonio, we suddenly realise that we didn't have a place to stay that night... After about 20min of driving I remembered this property from previous trip research and found it! A quick broken-french (on my part) conversation with the extremely accommodating night manager I arranged a room for that night and the following night for a good rate (due to the fact that we arrived in the middle of the night), there was a lost in translation moment involving both of us being confused about car parking situation (they offer it, but we didn't need it, as we were being dropped off by friends) totally my lack of amazing french's fault. The night manager was extremely helpful regardless of my inability to communicate, and it wasn't really an issue that he didn't speak any english. After about 25 minutes we were in our luxurious and spacious room. The breakfast was amazing (macaroons!!!) and every single person in the staff we interacted with was great - the day manager was really great too, he could speak a little english so we communicated slightly better and he helped us to arrange a car service to take us early in the morning to the airport on our departure date which was another piece of the trip I hadn't pre-planed. He also explained the area and we were walking distance to the gorgeous quiet pebble beaches and we found some cool coves to explore. The town was extremely close as well and it was a great place to chill out for the last part of our trip. We felt like we really landed on our feet.

Our room didn't have a bath though, and that would have been nice - other than that minor thing the hotel was great, and the staff were absolutely lovely!

Lovely hotel. Because we had booked all our hotels beforehand we were often given the best rooms. Here we had a lovely modern room and bathroom. We also had a huge patio with lots of chairs for sitting out.
Hotel 5 minute walk into town
