Wonderfully located on the top of the hill, the resort enjoys a breathtaking view of the valley.
The rooms are spacious and incredibly quiet. Everything is super clean and comfortable!
The host - il signor Giuseppe - is a perfect gentlemen that will assist you in any step of your holiday. What else?
Why don't you start proving your guests a dinner service too?
All the best,
Tiziana & Paolo

Owner was very nice, helpful, and rooms were lovely and spacious. Very new and clean. A bit difficult to find,...off the beaten path so to speak, but result was worth the effort to find it! Look for a newly paved area for the last kilometer as you approach the hotel/retreat. Beds were comfortable and room was well furnished. Typical small Italian Shower space but everything was very clean, new, and very nicely done.

Room tip: all rooms are lovely with their own private patio. the kids each had their own twin size bed and Mom and Dad got the King! Lovely stay. Quiet, Clean, private rural setting! We explored the historic city areas and the Castle. Very cool!

If you're looking for 5-star chain hotel-like comforts with a private beach, don't go there! But if you like it off the beaten track and appreciate style, quality, comfort and beauty and views, then Collina degli Ulivi might be just the place for you. It's set in olive hills, hence the name, and easily accessible once you know where it is. But the charismatic owner Giuseppe will help with guidance or even pick you up in Itri. Do not worry about the last few metres unpaved path which is makes the place even more authentic. It's no big deal for any car.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and Giuseppe had great taste furnishing them. Its location off the beaten track ensures great sleep too.

Is it a miracle? You drive along the Appian Way in southern Italy. It was built by the romans approx 2000 years ago. You end up in Itri. The ancient town of saints and criminals as it is called by the locals. Even one pope was born there.
You pass the town and find yourself on a small rocky road in the mountains.
And finally the beautiful hotel. The view from your particular room can actually be one of the best in the area.
The rooms are clean and cosy. Everyone has its own iron table and chairs that is placed in front of each room in the garden. Air conditioners, interior and bathroom are amazing.

Special thanks to Guiseppe the host of the place. He is always smily and open for any possible requests.

Definetely reccomend visiting the place. From Russia with love.

We had a lovely time and the two nights we spent at Collina degli Ulivi were a great start to our holiday in Italy. We can't rate it highly enough, the welcome from Giuseppe was so friendly, the room light, airy and very clean with great views across to the sea. Although we only spent a short time here, we were made very welcome and given excellent places to go and eat on both nights. Thankyou.

Room tip: dont think there will be any poor rooms but do make sure you book a room with a sea view to enhance your stay.
