We spent 5 nights in hotel Estia, in a studio apartment. It was extremely comfortable, a little crowded as our kids slept on quite a large fold out couch, which we left open as a bed all through out the stay.
The room was extremely clean, had a fridge, sink and a stove in there too.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is situated on a slope so parking can be tricky and it is limited so I suggest travel light so you can hire a smaller car.
The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The beach is extremely clean, as it is a pebble beach and the beach bars are very cheap for food and drinks.
There is a supermarket near by (walking distance) for extra supplies and there is a bakery in there that sells hot bread and pies every morning - but they go fast!
If you are wanting to stay in Finikounda, then you don't need a car, everything you need is all there but there are other beautiful beaches to explore too.
My fav was Lambes beach- Destino beach bar.
We would definitely stay in Hotel Estia again. Only downside, there is no pool.

We stayed here for two weeks and everything was amazing! Thank you to Stephanie and Glen for making us feel so welcome. The hotel is very close to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting again.

It's the second time I visit Finikounda and again we chose to stay in Hotel Estia. We already had a lovely experience in 2015 when we had first visited and stayed at the same hotel.
The owners are a lovely couple, Stefanie and Glenn, who are going the extra mile in order to keep their customers happy.
Always with a genuine smile on their face, cheerful and willing to help!
The rooms are very well equipped, clean and with a great view!
Should you choose to stay there (which I recommend), you must make sure that you try their breakfast which is made using delicious local products!
Pro tip, go for the yoghurt with honey and walnuts and/or the tsoureki with maple syrup.
Mmm, I'm looking forward to the next time I visit Hotel Estia to have this delicious breakfast!

We stayed at the Estia last year for the first time and decided this was the perfect place to spend our Honeymoon this June.
We arrived on 17th June 2017 with 11 friends! Stephanie, Glen and all their staff were marvellous hosts and could not do enough for us all.
The rooms are first class, large and spacious with a kitchenette tucked away if you needed this. The bathrooms are beautifully kept with an excellent shower and some with a bath.
We all chose to have our breakfast on the terrace each morning overlooking the bay of Finikounda and what a view it was. Simply magnificent! Breakfast time was great with an extensive choice on offer. The fruit and yoghurt with 'the works' (honey and nuts), is to die for!
The nearest beach is only a few minutes walk away, where there are numerous beach bars and restaurants offering typical Greek cuisine. There are several other beaches within walking distance and some further a field if you have a car.
Finikounda comes to life at night, with the bars and restaurants 'buzzing' until the early hours.
We found Finikounda 3 years ago and love it so much. In fact we have come home and re-booked for next year!
We wouldn't stay at any other hotel now we have found 'the best.'
We just love this little place and the Estia makes it.
Thank you to Stephanie & Glen and all your marvellous staff for making our Honeymoon memorable.

Hotel is up on the hill on Foinikounta bay, less than 5' wall from the beach with great view. Rooms are spacey and with good new furniture. Bathroom excellent and all very clean and nice colors. We did the massage in spa area of the hotel. Quite relaxing and good price. Last but lot least, hotel personnel was quite helpful. The owners of the property Stefanie and her husband really made us feel like home. This family owned/driven hotel is well recommended. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
