When compared to other hotels in Protaras which we have stayed in, this hotel fails to meet expectations. Then, of course, it does depend upon what sort of holiday you like. Very poor entertainment. Bingo? More suited to a low key holiday site. The evening outside area was dirty, people smoking & plastic chairs crammed in. No reserved sun beds. Saw guests getting up at 6am to place a towel or 4 on sun beds then not appearing until lunch time. This is banned by the hotel but not enforced. Spoils a holiday with practices like this. Hotel is located near a sandy beach & the majority of staff pleasant. Food typically 3 star, lunch food used again for the evening meal. All self service no waiters here to serve drinks. We cannot recommend this place - there are far nicer hotels in protaras to stay at.

Beautiful hotel, had an amazing holiday! Loved Maria our room cleaner. Restraunts were beautiful. Pool was cold. Food was lovely. Would highly recommend and would go back! We hated the front were the construction site was. We walked right along the prom everyday to all the other beaches along Prataras. There is a bus that takes you from outside to Aiya Napa. I will never forget the morning we woke up early to watch the sun rise it was amazing.

My first visit to Cyprus and the hotel certainly helped to make the stay enjoyable. Rooms were a fair size and clean and comfortable. Although the sofa bed could have done with a more comfortable mattress!
All staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Excellent choice of foods in restaurants and good waiting staff who were extremely efficient. Bar staff also were at the top of their game. Never waited more than a minute to be served and their knowledge on cocktail making was excellent.
Josh, Mike and the entertainment team worked really hard all day and into the night, putting on some excellent shows and taking time to interact with holiday makers.
The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views.
Getting a sunbed near the pool was near on impossible with most "towel reserved" by 7am! Having said that, we always managed to get a bed on the grass area overlooking the sea which was fine for us.
I would certainly recommend this hotel for a fab family holiday and would definitely go back.

Following on from our visit to this Hotel last year we decided that Cyprus is where we wanted to go again and back to the Pernera Beach Hotel. This hotel offers everything that you need for a great Couples of Family holiday, we paid the extra for the Seas View Superior Room, we did this last year too and the views are unrivalled. The daily Entertainment Staff were fantastic at engaging the Holiday makers and getting them involved in daily activities such as French Bowls and Water Polo. The food in the Hotel is great, they offer such a wide variety to suit all appetites and ages in a very clean and beautiful setting overlooking the beach and sea. The Entertainment in the Hotel is of the highest quality, great singers, magicians, and even the Entertain Teams own productions were fantastically put together. Overall this has been a holiday that the Mrs and I have enjoyed and we hop to return to the Pernera Beach in 2019 as we are in Italy for a wedding next year otherwise we would have been back. Thank you once again and see you all soon.

I Just return from four days holidays in Pernera Beach Hotel. In general the hotel is good and i recommended it but there are some negatives which i believe if the hotel get a review on them it will be much better. First of all the common problem in almost all Cyprus Hotel. Noisy room air conditioning unit. In this case it was not only noise but the filter was dirty and the cooling capacity probably was underside and the room temperature was not so comfortable. Second the bathroom extract fan was not always on so you have to be careful which time you are going to use the WC :p. Third the swimming pools closed at 19:00 o'clock which is too early for summer holidays. Fourth the Lifeguards especially one old man was very very rude. The baristas specially foreigners looks like they didn't like their jobs.In the pools bar the people was not barman/woman and the know how to make only some easy drinks only. There are a lot of positives that's why i recommended this hotel but i want to refer only on negatives which i believe they will add value on the hotel.
