It's our 1st time In Cyprus and we will definitely return. Small friendly hotel, offers everything you need, good food clean rooms, and a very clean pool with added air con at no extra cost. Staff always happy to help & look after you. A taxi or bus trip away to Protaras (€7 or €1.50) or a pleasant half hour walk along the road, or to the right Ayia napa (€1.50 on the bus) and they run quite late into the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here considering we were told we would have a restricted view, room 301 had a pretty good view of the sea, beach & pool even if it was classed as the 'older' building I had on issues at all. The lifts available to access room. I'm quite easily pleased but found no fault with this hotel at all.
Happy holidays till we return again

Lovely hotel room 212 nice view good aircon, a little busy on weekend with min residents walking through pool area to bay ! Also divers walking past they need some sort of path to take as flippers hit my sunbed as one passed by. Paid 5 quid for a coffee on arrival, it didnt look like cappacino?? The hotel had a kellamans feel (dirty dancing) breakfast ok, didn't like the jam/marmalade in big bowls would prefer prepared individual portions for hygiene reasons. Very clean hotel, clean rooms aircon unit low down on balcony needs raising as blows in you when sitting on balcony. Would return, only be aware 10mins either way to proturus and agia napa with 8 euro taxi fare each way, hill to shop and bus stop.

Amazing hotel. Amazing food. Amazing staff. I was a solo travel and it was perfect for my stay. Everything was wonderful. The pool
is kept so clean. The beach is lovely. Wifi is excellent. Thank you especially the owners of the hotel who were so caring as I was by myself there.

We got a good deal on this hotel hence why we stayed there.
Good points: close to beach, nice pool, well kept grounds and dive centre on site, nice lounge where guests can use the internet for free. Friendly staff, especially the chess champion, barman Stelios. The sea is clear, though the bay is very small. Good air con in the rooms.

Areas for improvement: drinks, including soft drinks, are very expensive to purchase from the bar, most of the rooms are dated and need refurbishment (e.g. they have 70s tiled ceilings), the food is not restaurant quality- it tasted more like average home cooking, (desserts were really ropey), water is not provided for free at meal times, the bathroom was not clean and it required deep cleaning from years of grime.
The entertainment was diabolical. E.g bingo on one night, and truly awful, awful traditional cypriot music and dancers, and a lady who reminded me of margarita pracatan as her singing and backing tracks were so poor.

Room Tip: Ask for a refurbished room.

As with all trips abroad you are a little nervous about what you will find , but with the Mimosa Beach we have had a lovely two weeks returning on Sunday the 30th of July not a cloud to be seen with wall to wall sunshine .
Eugene and Linda the owners made us very welcome and the Staff were great .
Fallout of bed to the beach or pool what more could you want, the hotel is a 1-50 euro bus ride from Protaras centre or if you are feeling energetic a 25 minute walk Taxi's averaging between 5 and 10 euros per trip .
The hotel was lovely and clean and the food was what you would expect from any good hotel abroad . All in all a great 2 weeks lovely tan and we will return.

Room Tip: best rooms are pool and sea view rooms
