We booked a superior room with ocean view via secretescapes for ~140€/night for 3 nights in October 2017, including breakfast, welcome drink, and one-time spa access per person. The hotel was clean, including the room. The breakfast was good. It is served in buffet style. There was a chef cooking custom omelettes for you. The facade looks a bit outdated, but that's just the first look, the inside is actually what I would call modern. They supplied a baby bed/cot/crib (however you might call it). The hotel is right at the beach. The travel to the hotel was extremely simple. It is well connected. The tram station"Zwarte pad" is just around the corner. You can't miss it. Further, the Hague is well connected to other cities, so, really easy to get there. Note however, that in November, most of the shops at the beach side were closed for winter. The pier and many restaurants were open, and actually quite busy. Weather in October is of course cold, but we were lucky to have a few hours of sun every day. We would return, however only for a similar price. I would not pay more than this, even in summer.
