Our family of four have stayed at Poinsettia in March. Our stay there was so relaxing and enjoyable, I could not recommend it more. The villa is very well kept, grounds are beautifully landscaped. Somebody came to clean and bring fresh towels every day. Kids liked the pool and the beach. The beach is about 100 feet away down the road. It is not for adults swimming (full of coral) but was perfect for my 3 year old who is afraid of the waves - there is a nice tidepool there, protected by the reef and just a couple of feet deep. Girls found a lot of shells and even some live coral. The roof deck is very nice - we watched sunset there while sipping on wine and read books during the evening. You can hear the waves breaking at the reef and the weather was perfect every day.

The villa is very private, quite, well decorated and well kept. There is a washer and a dryer (which is essential if you travel with kids) and somebody even folded our clothes for us! Ingrid and Sydney and all the staff are very nice. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing. I forgot a personal item at the villa and they mailed it to me. I definitely plan to be back.

If you plan to go to Anguilla, I recommend renting a car - there are several amazing beached just 5 minutes away from Poinsettia and they all have restaurants. Four Seasons is two minutes away and I recommend it for drinks at sunset and some appetizers. There are a bunch of good bands on the island and we went to enjoy some live music several times.

Room Tip: Poinsettia was wonderful!

Booked Poinsettia villa through Ingrid. Arrived at Poinsettia and everything was clean and ready to go. Ingrid checked in on us and brought us extra towels. Poinsettia was fully equipped with everything we needed. I even threw in load of wash. When we come back, knowing how easy it is to do laundry, I will pack even lighter and leave more room for my shopping ;)

We were lucky enough to be moved to Mangrove, the villa with the private pool. We loved it. Ingrid calls it her 'Jetson House' with its cool design. Super relaxing, lounging by the pool. Mangrove kitchen has absolutely everything you need. We were motivated enough to cook and stay in for dinner despite Anguilla's fabulous restaurant scene. We ate on the pool deck watching the sun set. Lovely.

Ingrid, we have your number, we will be calling you when we are planning our next visit.

We met Ingrid Weger several years ago and have fallen in love with her and her lovely rentals. Ingrid has 3 at Indigo Reef and 5 in the lovely Bella Vista. We have stayed at both Gardenia and Pointsetta at Indigo Reef. Gardenia is a lovely, romantic, roomy one bedroom and Pointsetta is a delightful 2 bedroom unit. Both have fantastic roof top areas that provide 360 degree views of the West end of the island. We sit for hours and watch the many boats sail the waters. Ingrid and her staff are wonderful. The units are clean, fresh and well equipped. We have not stayed in other property since meeting Ingrid several years ago. The units are warm, welcoming and make you feel like you are home on a wonderful island. We're already booking our return in November and staying in Bellevista, the pool suite!

I just spent the past two weeks in a much needed unwind at Indigo Reef in the Mangrove Villa owned by Ingrid Weger. Ingrid could not do enough for us to ensure our comfort and that we got the best out of our vacation. The location and amenities were outstanding with a private beach just a one minute walk away, a private pool, wonderful rooftop patio, and amazing gardening. In addition to a fully appointed kitchen, there are several great restaurants and beach areas with local BBQs nearby. Nice ocean breezes enter the bedroom louvres at night. We did not require the air conditioner although each bedroom has its own AC. We took a day trip to beautiful Sandy Island one day for some great beach R&R and snorkelling. Ingrid also treated us to a couple of wonderful dinner parties. All in all, highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable for this friendly island paradise.

Room Tip: Mangrove has 4 bedrooms, but Ingrid also owns a 2 bedroom unit and a one bedroom at Indigo Reef. All are excellent choices.

Several bumps upon arrival in St Martin
Reservation for ferry transport was not made and our rental car was not at the dock upon arrival in AXA
When we arrived at the villa,Mikie, the property supervisor, was a rock star. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we had a pleasant stay.
The Gradenia vills is very clean and comfortable bit a bit outdated.
