All our family met up for new year here, driving from all corners of England!! :-) We were first to arrive, and Melody and Matt met us , Matt then gave us the full tour. Unpacked our car, and the rest of the family arrived. first things first, the beef was in the oven for New Years eve dinner, the drinks were in the fridge to chill down, then the festivities started.
There are more than enough bedrooms for everyone, all en-suite. all your shower gels, shampoo's and plenty of towels.
The living rooms are spacious and the the dining table sat everyone comfortably.
We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a large house to fit everyone in and have a great time together.
Would love to return sometime.

I recently booked this venue for a hen do and it was perfect ! The rooms are all lovely and it is ideal for a big group of friends as they are all en-suite and equal sizes. The house is close to Bath for a night out, although we didn't really want to leave the venue as it felt so homely.

I would definitely book to stay here again in the future.

A weeks stay with our family, this property catered for all 16 of us, superb bedrooms all with en-suite, plenty of spare linen and towels and bathroom requirements, the kitchen facility and dining room were exceptional, all our guests were blown away with this property. Matt and Melody greeted us on arrival and then we were left to our own freedom of the property. The kitchen gave us the opportunity to cook every night, everyone loved it. Flexible reception rooms allowed people to enjoy the quiet moments or involve themselves the activities with the children it just works so well. Imagine having your own bar to visit within the property and all the glassware you could use. Must say the provision of fresh cut and potted flowers throughout provided by Melody was a great touch. Morning Coffee in the walled garden was magical. Hope no one books our dates for 2016 which we have reserved.

We stayed as a group of 20 ladies on a hen weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with this gorgeous house. We had a catered breakfast both mornings of our stay and a barbecue on the second evening. Melody couldn't have been more helpful. We had delicious home made preserves and compotes at breakfast and a choice of full English or continental and she was very willing to cater for our various dietary requirements. All the food at the evening barbecue was also homemade and delicious. We had such a good time that we are planning to a reunion. Would highly recommend.
