We were so impressed when the hotel promised a refund of our deposit when they cancelled our stay due to Covid19. However, 3 months later and we have received only emails asking for credit card and bank details, which we provided. Now, no response at all to any email.

Really disappointed with this poor communication

this hotel is right across the road from a beautiful beach and ten minutes walk from the main shopping area.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful , you get free beach towels and umbrellas every day plus a bottle of water. The rooms are small but very clean and quiet. The restaurant serves only fish, you pick your fish and you pay by the weight and they cook it as you want. Best fish dish ever. There is no bar but at weekends the roof terrace opens, sorry but not for me, no atmosphere. There are plenty of very good restaurants just left as you walk out of the hotel. A walk to the pier is a must some evening, with a couple of bars and a fab view of the bay.

The room was quite basic, but clean and nice with a view and a balcony. We would like to mention Lia, Luis and Judy as very helpful, friendly and professional. Very good location and service.
On the first floor the rooms have a fridge and they said that same will be added to all the floors. There are different rooms and the best are the 2 front ones.

Room tip: Rooms with a sea view..

This hotel faces the beach. The rooms are small but clean. The staff were very helpful. We spent a week here in early June which was outwith the tourist season. We had a balcony overlooking the street and it was small but if you go upgrade to have a view of the sea and those balconies were larger. Chilled bottle water is always available free and a lovely glass of Cava.

Room tip: Ask for a sea view room as balcony is bigger

I loved Hotel Solvi from the moment I walked in the door.......an incredible smell which they cannot tell you from what air freshener (trade secret).  The most amazing staff...two minutes from the hotel and everything that you need.  Restaurant below serves your choice of fresh fish...cooked how you choose.  Rooms just what you need.  THANK YOU MARY AND AND ALL THE STAFF!!!
