Well no words can explain how wonderful the place was, fantastic setting great food and services, and our host Javi was just the best the way he looked after everyone, he kept everyone entertained, just outstanding.

We had a great stay. The hotel is very clean. Food there is something for everybody lots of Choice . The one tip I would give people is to pay the extra and go for a see view on the 11 th or 12 th floor then you get to use the upstairs sun Terrace with its own bar and pool. As it gets Busy down at the main pool and you have to cue for the bar. I would definitely go back. Hi
We had a rocky start at Cala Vinyas - the electric did not work in our room and we had to pay for an upgrade to get a decent room. I thought under the circumstances we should not have had to pay. The room they offered us the second time was inferior to the one we had been allocated so we were left with no choice but to pay for a better one.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is superb. Staff are mostly very friendly and helpful, with the odd exception. Sunbeds were plentiful. There seemed to be quite a few stag and hen parties there, however, and it really isnt the type of resort for them.
The food was good in the restaurant. However, it was a bit cold on occasions. 0ne solution could be to have a microwave somewhere for people to use if necessary. Food in the bar was good to, but the simple addition of cutlery would be nice there. Plus why is the vino rosado not available here with AI as it is upstairs???
Night time entertainment was varied, with some excellent shows and some not so good. But the cave bar is a lovely addition to the hotel. It would be nice if it were open in the day as it would be lovely and cool to sit in.
Overall we had a good holiday here and we definitely intend to revisit this resort in the future.
It’s a lovely hotel, quite out of the way for any amenities so if u want peace and quite this is the place. Food was wonderful in the restaurant, mediocre in the pool snack bar, despite its serving boards who’s were nice.
Drinks were weak, local brands and not much choice on the all inclusive package.
Plea to of day time pool side entertainment-yoga, aqua fit, darts, pool, cocktail pong….no pressure to join in. Beds were firm but comfy, views amazing.
The pool is fresh water and a bit chilly. there are steps from a walkway to the sea, with pool steps them into the sea. Some jellyfish but tiny and easy to sea.
There is a beach hut on the beach nearby, cocktails 5pm-8pm only €5 each and much nicer than at the hotel. Food was amazing there too, worth a visit at least once.
Staff were helpful and friendly, and the cave bar was a nice place for evening drinks
We enjoyed a lot. The hotel location is very good you can get public transport just front of the hotel or you can walk down to the town centre by 15 minutes walking distance and some local shops near to the hotel and very close to the beach it seems like a private beach. So you can enjoy swimming pool and the natural Sea pool also Very nice clean hotel and very nice food also, all staff was good also accept one poolbar afternoon on snackbar lady was bit grumpy rest of all good
We stayed here from the 4th to the 14th of May, from arriving at reception to checking out every staff member were so helpful and polite, I'll mention a few, javi and Robert from the animation team were brilliant they never stopped and made the activities fun and entertaining, bar staff all friendly and served you as quickly as possible, thanks Antonio. Ivan the life guard was a star he spoke to us every day he was working and would find us a parasol when we asked. The rooms were large enough and cleaned daily by the friendly cleaners. We were on the 4th floor and had a amazing sea/pool view.. The food was fairly good, even the fussiest eater would find something to eat and the deserts were very nice and a huge variety. I've read a few negative reviews and agree with a couple of points, firstly the sunbed situation, people were getting up between 6 and 7am and putting the towels out but not using them until lunch time, this needs sorting as it was getting ridiculous by the end of our stay. 2ndly yes there were several large groups of young men and women, some were fine but others were very drunk by early evening, this must be something to do with the magaluf 6 drink rule so they are choosing hotels just outside the effected areas. Overall we had a great holiday and would definitely return but in May or September as I think in peak times it would be far busy.
