We (my partner and I) stayed at Little Copthall over the August bank holiday. It was wonderful. The hosts Elizabeth and David have thought of everything you might need in the bungalow, even a lovely butterscotch cake and some apple juice, very thoughtful.

Although there was just the two of us, there is room for four. The bungalow has a lovely patio window overlooking their paddock, and we were very lucky to see the arrival of some beautiful ponies. In the wood adjacent to the paddock we also managed to see a deer which was great.

We made a couple of trips to the nearby pub, a short walk up the road, staff seemed very friendly and the food was good. If you fancy trying some South American food a restaurant called Galapagos is about a 5 minutes drive, highly recommended. Also a short drive away is Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest if you want to do some cycling or walking or just picnic in the grounds, both places are very much worth a visit.

In all we had a lovely time at Little Copthall and found Elizabeth and David to be very friendly people. Hopefully we will visit again soon.
