I stayed 4 days in El Castillo and I think I went to Border's Cafe at least one a day, for lunch, dinner or just their exquisite frozen coffee.
The Border's Cafe has now moved more in the inside of the town and we learnt that the owner (Jamil) is now building a bigger place where he will be able to grow is own pineapples and many other fruits and vegetables in the garden. He is really an authentic person.
We wish him all the best for this news adventure.
Do not hesitate to go to Border's Cafe if you visit El Castillo, which is a lovely place with many thing to visit.
