First of all the room was beautiful and very clean, the view was great. There's nothing like waking up each morning to the fresh see air, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was good and the bartenders were friendly, i will definitely be staying there again at treasure hotel and marina. I would like to give special thanks to Steve kaplar

I have traveled the Caribbean extensively and have stayed in a variety of lodgings. Although the location of the resort with its beautiful beaches were idyllic, the resort is definitely showing its age. We stayed in the condo type of unit 1075 and the carpet is worn with tears, the décor is outdated. The pool was definitely dirty, in need of chemicals and cleaning. the food was average but staff polite and attentive. This place needs a facelift! About 40 minutes from MHH airport. We rented a car as we were diving every day and finding new locations to eat.

Room Tip: all units are across small street from beach , a little bit of a walk

Spent 5 days there, the staff could not have been nicer. The food was great the poolside bar was fun. We danced the night away each night. Steve the GM is a super nice guy and Avis Miller took care of group of 16 boats and 40plus people. The beach is one the most beautiful in the world.

4 of us stayed at Treasure Cay Resort for 4 nights and arrived by private plane. We used many of their facilities. We found the Tipsy Seagull pool bar and Spinnakers restaurant to be very good. The Cocos beach restaurant is in a great location with great staff but we did not like the food at all! Bad "fresh" fish (she said 2-3days old).
We rented a 4 person golf cart for about $40 a day, a boat one day for $320, a car one day for $89.
We used the golf cart to explore the resort as well as beaches down the road. We drove the car into Marsh Harbor to see the town (taxi is $85 1 way). The boat we used to visit the Pigs at No Name Cay (AMAZING bring carrots), some great snorkeling, and Green Turtle Cay lunch at Wrecking Tree. The pigs liked coconuts, carrots and hot dogs. The guys enjoyed golfing 1 day (about $200 for 2 with cart 18 holes). It was well maintained. Holes 15A and 15B were great par 3s. The duck and turtles liked Doritos. Back to the condo... We spoke to the property manager Steve and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Mrs Miller and the other staff were all great too.

Stephenday2016,
Thankyou for your super above average review and all your helpful tips and recognition of Avis and her friendly staff. We enjoy every year our pilot fly in...the largest in the Out islands. We spoke to Anton the Chef at Cocos who was not aware of any fresh fish issue. please contact us back as we would wish to keep our hospitality promise. If you bring a problem to our attention we cannot make right, you will not pay for that portion of your stay or meal. Every few days our fish comes for Cocos from local fisherman. thus Cocos has outstanding grouper etc and often features Mahi Mahi, Hog Fish and Tuna. Your guest receipt promises and offers my direct cell phone to please advise if anything is not satisfactory, that is how responsive we hope to be to address any opportunity for improvement.

Looking forward to your stay next year and appreciate you liked one of Abacos only air conditioned restaurants-The Spinnaker Restaurant.

Your out island friend,
Stephen
