I spend only one night here but an amazing night it was! Hearing the hippos walking through the camp was just scary and exciting at the same time :)
The spiders in the showers gave me a bit of a scare, though it's all part of the experience.
Staying here feels like you are part of something exclusive, it's so calm and no way you can get closer to nature than at this place (at least not with flushing toilets and warm showers). Loved every moment there!

Stayed here before our canoe safari and really enjoyed the stay. Absolutely beautiful views especially at sunset !

The camping area is grassy and you have a fair chance of hearing a hippo much grass close to your tent during the night ! Lots of hippos on view from the deck !

Very friendly bar and camping area staff !

Nice wee pool.

Facilities are not the best but adequate !

I have always loved the Zambezi but this is my first opportunity to visit the Zambian side.

The setting is fantastic, the bird life abundant and the river as lovely as ever. The lodge has all the basic necessities and the management and staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in August. Very friendly staff and owner, who helped with retrieving our luggage after 3 days. The food was well cooked and presented.Always with a smile. This more than made-up for the lack of luggage. Many thanks +++ If only we lived nearer and could go back tomorrow!

This is not a easy one to rate. Circumstances and life style will determine if you love or hate this place. We got trough the border late comming from Zimbobwe....after many many roadblocks in Zim and a battlebwith corrupt border officials being the readon for lateness. I refuse to drive in the dark in African countries other then South Africa. It was decided to sleep after border. We decided on Zambezi breezers. The road was not well sign boarded. It was stop and ask stop and ask. We eventually reached the destination. It is not very big. Has 2 sections....a sort of dormatory style section and then 5 seperate tented rooms on platforms with en suite, on river. We were there in June so the nights were cool. Sadly warmwater is a problem. To little to none. Very rustic. Beds and linen are clean. Food is actually very good. The steak egg and chips I recommend. Sadly the doef doef doef music in the distance run over the water and spoiled the quiet evening next to the river untill midnight. Hippos walk between the tents and play infront in the river. If you not a hoity toytie person you will enjoy it. My big complaint here is that this place is charging 40% too much. If you must sleep over you have 1 of 2 choices.
