My friend and I visited this hotel between the 6th and 12th of June for our 21st Birthdays. As it wasn't quite peak season the hotel was really peaceful! The hotel is located directly on the strip which meant that the beach and the clubs were literally on your doorstep.

When we first arrived we were greeted by Aris and he was so lovely and takes so much pride in his job! He gave us information and rules of the hotel, carried our suitcases up the stairs and showed us around our rooms. On the same night of arrival we went for drinks at the bar connected to the hotel which had great deals for guests - Theo and Yanis welcomed us with shots and by tipping the bottle down our necks which was great!

Our rooms were lovely and clean, it was the perfect size for 2 people - we had a balcony which had a beautiful view, there was a fridge and freezer in the bedrooms and the beds were twin beds. Room service also came 4 out of the 7 days we were there. One thing about the rooms - if you leave your balcony door open you will get attacked by mosquitoes, which happened to me quite severely. Therefore if you do stay here I recommend being prepared with mosquito repellent - we burnt incense for mosquitoes and we never saw another one after that.

There was breakfast downstairs every morning which was either toast or cornflakes with a hot drink or juice. We ate it a couple of times but for more variety we just ate at one of the restaurants outside the hotels strip where a full English was about €2.50. There was also a shop next door which gave you a percentage off anything you brought if you were a guest at the hotel.

I can’t really comment on what the poolside area was like because somehow during our whole stay we never managed to chill there although we had every intention to. However, we did go there to have a look one of the days and it was beautiful and you had the option to buy food there as well.

This hotel even exchanged you’re pounds into euros too!

The main thing I wanted to express about this hotel was how kind and friendly the staff and people were. They embrace you, have conversation when they see you around, give you tips and advice and were just so helpful. Even when we were leaving Maria who worked on reception came out to where our transfer was, gave us a hug and waved us off! I would definitely stay here again - very lovely and very convenient hotel! Thank you for your hospitality and adding to the amazing experience we had in Kavos!

We stayed in room 42 for a week and it was great. As soon as we arrived Maria was reallly welcoming and showed us to our rooms. The Hotel is very clean and the room was also clean and fresh. The only thing that let it down was the fact there was no shower head holder.
I’m unsure why this Hotel has bad reviews, as we couldn’t fault it. The pool was cleaned every day and all staff are really friendly and polite. The Hotel is in an excellent location if your wanting to party, obviously it’s loud as the Hotel is literally right on the strip, but this cannot he helped.
Breakfast is served at 7am; either toast, or cereal. You can have food round the pool, which is nice. I would definitely return to this Hotel, as their hospitality skills are on point. Keep up the good work and thank you for our stay.

I came here with my friend for a week! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in kavos! The rooms are clean, however we only had a change of towels and sheets once during our stay. The staff are all so lovely and very helpful! The pool is also nice/very clean! If I ever come back to kavos I will definitely be staying in this hotel again! Thank you for having us!xx

First of all we are four girls that been traveling a lot, and lived at many nice hotels before. We have never wrote a bad review before, so if the staff replies that “ there’s always some people that never get happy” -we are not one of those.

When we arrived the hotel at 5 in the morning with a lot of other people, we had to wait until everyone was checked in before we could go to bed. That was because the guy in the reception had to show everyone their rooms, which we easily could find ourselves. We also had to pay for a security box in the reseption, that we never used. Unless we paid for it we had to pay 50Euro deposit. Even though the checkin weren’t perfect, the guy working nighttime is the only kind staff at the hotel.

The other ladies working there got OCD, and are not service minded at all. Everything is problematic and there are rules for everything. When we ask for towels we did not got from the cleaning lady, they thought we were hiding them in our room, therefore she came to our room and looked did hidden towels. Also getting new toilet paper was a struggle.When we were asking about our keys and the woman didn’t understand what we were saying, she got angry and pointed at her head like we were idiots.
The breakfast that was included in our reservation was a dry toast with “strawberry” jam and butter.

We also have to pay 10 euros for aircon everyday.

If you want to go to the pool, you have to buy everything there, because it’s not allowed to bring even a bottle of water. The pool closes at 17.30 and then you get thrown out of the pool area. We also booked a trip from the hotel to aqua land at Corfu. After sitting 3 hours on a bus the aqua land was closed.

We highly recommend other people to book another hotel!

Thank you for your review on here but just to clarify a few points you brought up. Being a two-star budget holiday hotel and considering that the actual cost of your week-long stay, paid to us by your tour operator was lower than 100 euros, some of our services can’t meet the standards of five-star hotels. That has to do with the fact that when the tour operators contract the hotel they ask for a bulk price including only the bare essentials, in order to list the hotel online, or in travel agencies for very appealing prices. That does not include services like A/C, safety deposit boxes, daily fresh towels, etc. For that reason we’re giving you the option of getting those services extra, at very competitive rates. We do not charge you 10 euros a day for the air con as we do you a special offer and you get it cheaper. We are sorry if you think we have ocd we just like to keep the hotel clean for our guest we can not find anything wrong in this. It will be difficult for the cleaners to understand you as they do not know english at all. WE did noit say you hid your towels we just asked you if we could come and see if they had fallen from the balcony. When we saw it had not fallen over we gave you 2 new ones. You did not come down to the reception to tell us you needed more toilet roll which we would have given you straight away.As for us not understanding you when you ask for you key that is utter nonsense as after 1 or 2 days you don't even have to ask for your number as we know who is staying in what room. For someone getting angry with you about this and calling you idiots that is a lie. We have a problem with the tax that is why you are not allowed to take any food or water to the pool area the pool closes at 18:30 as it is cleaned out every single day and is checked you are not thrown out of the pool area. As for your trip to aqua land we are not the owners of it nor can we help the weather,if we had been informed that it was closed due to bad weather we would have informed you straight away but as i said before we are not the owners and did not know.

We stayed at the lefkimi hotel for a week. The straff was rude to us, and claimed that we stole towels and didnt wanted to give us more toilet paper if there was no more in the room. The breakfast we paid for was a two dry toasts, with butter and strawberry jam on the side. We ended up eating breakfast on restaurants everyday. When we first came We had to pay ekstra for air condition and a safe to put our stuff in. The one day we asked if the hotel could make reservation to go on the Aqualand, We ended up sitting in a bus for three hours, and when We got there the aqualand was closed. The maid also stole some money that we left in the room. I highly recommend that you dont buy a room in this hotel.

Thank you for your review on here but just to clarify a few points you brought up. None of our staff spoke to you in a rude manner nor have they ever accused you of stealing a towel. They asked to come up and see if it had fallen off of your balcony when they saw it was not there they gave you new ones straight away. The breakfast we serve is continental which it states in the description and we do give you a choice not just that, that you have put down. Being a two-star budget holiday hotel and considering that the actual cost of your 2 week-long stay, paid to us by your tour operator was lower than 150 euros, some of our services can’t meet the standards of five-star hotels. As for the maid taking your money there is no way the maid would do this she has no need for it so that is a lie and you did not tell us straight away and when you where asked about it after we saw this review you said it was only about 1.50 euros that went missing and it was not important. So why put it on here i do not know.
